The new one will last until May 31, 2017.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Ohio Health Department Director Richard Hodges said he granted the waiver because the facility listed four doctors capable of providing &#8220;backup care.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Right to Life of Greater Cincinnati executive director Paula Westwood blasted the move: The Ohio Department of Health continues to enable Planned Parenthood in Cincinnati to operate despite no transfer agreement and without a license at risk to women\u2019s health and safety,\u201d despite the fact that \u201c[n]o hospital in Greater Cincinnati, including Northern Kentucky, will enter into a transfer agreement with Planned Parenthood of Southwest Ohio\u2019s abortion headquarters in Cincinnati.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/liveaction.org\/petition\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-68636\" src=\"https:\/\/www.liveactionnews.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/DefundAd-400b.jpg\" alt=\"DefundAd-400b\" width=\"400\" height=\"170\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/DefundAd-400b.jpg 400w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/DefundAd-400b-300x128.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The decision stands in stark contrast to Kentucky Republican Governor Matt Bevin\u2019s response to Planned Parenthood disregarding transfer and hospital agreement laws in his state. His administration <a href=\"\/news\/kentucky-governor-orders-planned-parenthood-stop-committing-abortions\/\">ordered<\/a> the abortion giant to stop performing abortions at the offending facility, blasting it for \u201copenly and knowingly operating an unlicensed abortion facility in clear violation of the law\u201d and pledging to \u201cuse the full force of the Commonwealth to put a stop to this.\u201d When Planned Parenthood did not comply, his administration <a href=\"\/news\/kentucky-governor-sues-planned-parenthood-performing-illegal-abortions\/\">took them to court<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>John Kasich, who was an unsuccessful GOP presidential candidate this year, has been a <a href=\"\/news\/four-governors-join-presidential-field-stand-life\/\">generally pro-life governor<\/a>, though he drew the ire of pro-lifers on the campaign trail by stating \u201c<a href=\"\/news\/kasich-abortion-important-focus-much\/\">we focus too much on<\/a>\u201d abortion, <a href=\"\/news\/john-kasich-roe-v-wade-live-law-land\/\">declining to confirm<\/a> whether he would seek to overturn <em>Roe v.
