When is running a U.S. Senate campaign a conflict of interest? When you’re the attorney general and you apparently use your power\u00a0to advance your political position.<\/p>\n

This is the case of California’s lead prosecutor, Kamala Harris, who, after ordering a raid of the home of Center for Medical Progress Project Lead David Daleiden<\/a>, has been found to be an outspoken proponent of Planned Parenthood.<\/p>\n

It is not surprising that Harris would promote support for Planned Parenthood when she receives so much money from them. She is bought and paid for by Planned Parenthood<\/a>, endorsed by NARAL and pro-abortion Emily’s List<\/a>,\u00a0and is clearly an enemy to pro-lifers. Planned Parenthood is now seeing the fruit of their donations, since she is running to their aid.<\/p>\n

\"Screen<\/p>\n

Harris is also currently using her campaign website to promote support and funding for\u00a0the abortion giant.\u00a0Harris has a campaign petition that expressly exists to support Planned Parenthood<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It says, “Once again, we need you to take a stand and join Kamala in defending Planned Parenthood. Sign our petition to protect this organization and the important work it does.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Screen<\/a><\/p>\n

If Harris were simply a Democratic candidate running for Senate, her petition would not be out-of-line; however, as the current attorney general of the state, who is charged with serving everyone for the cause of justice, this petition serves more like an announcement that says, “Only pro-abortion folks get served under my watch.”<\/p>\n

Harris’ campaign page further reveals her bias when she discusses her pro-abortion stance, to the detriment of offering religious liberty to others:<\/p>\n

Harris is certainly a politician who wields a good deal of political power. Her supporters include Disney, PepsiCo, Yelp!, and, most notably, Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump, who recently dropped $11,000 into Harris’ re-election campaign in the Golden State. With bipartisan support like this, Harris may feel empowered to pursue pro-lifers from the Pacific Ocean to the chamber of the U.S. Senate.<\/p>\n

As a representative for the entire state, Harris’ obligation is to serve the best interests of all. To hone in on a citizen journalist\u00a0using free speech rights to expose criminal activity, while ignoring Planned Parenthood, StemExpress, and other implicated parties reveals a glaring bias.<\/p>\n

Live Action President Lila Rose<\/a> responded to Harris’ investigation of Daleiden.<\/p>\n

\n

Instead of investigating Planned Parenthood\u2019s California abortion facilities for trafficking in baby body parts, covering up the sexual abuse of minors, and other potential crimes caught on camera over the years, Harris\u2019s investigators searched the home of an investigative journalist who helped expose some of these heinous acts.<\/p>\n

Harris can\u2019t even pretend to be objective in this case. \u00a0 She has a\u00a0petition on her campaign website<\/a>\u00a0to collect signatures to defend abortion giant Planned Parenthood.\u00a0 And her radical pro-abortion positions are well known, including her sponsoring of a California law to force pro-life crisis pregnancy centers to tell patients where they can go to get abortions.<\/p>\n

Harris\u2019s agenda is obvious:\u00a0 Even the L.A. Times<\/em> called Harris \u2018politically ambitious\u2019 and said that prosecuting CMP would help her U.S. Senate campaign.<\/a>\u00a0 It\u2019s clear why — while executing a search warrant on the whistleblower — she won\u2019t also ‘search\u2019 the huge amount of video footage showing Planned Parenthood\u2019s potentially illegal activity and open an investigation into that.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Meanwhile, in a great move of irony, Harris insists <\/a>she actually defends the “vulnerable and voiceless” in the state.<\/p>\n
