It&#8217;s easy to strip to.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0folks at WatchMojo.com think so, anyway. They\u2019ve made a list of classic stripper anthems, and it features songs from all three artists. But while Lil Wayne raps about lollipops and Def Leppard asks for some sugar, Spears has a different focus: slavery. \u201cI\u2019m a slave for you,\u201d she sings in the chorus. For some dancers, that line is all too true.<\/p>\n<p>Human trafficking is a global plague, but the victims aren\u2019t just overseas. According to the Justice Department, many are <a title=\"Human Trafficking\" href=\"http:\/\/ojp.gov\/newsroom\/factsheets\/ojpfs_humantrafficking.html\" target=\"_blank\">right here in America<\/a>. They might be at your local strip club.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>While some club owners <a title=\"Strip Club Owners Are Being Trained to Hand Over Trafficking Victims to Authorities\" href=\"https:\/\/news.vice.com\/article\/strip-club-owners-are-being-trained-to-hand-over-trafficking-victims-to-authorities\" target=\"_blank\">have joined<\/a> anti-trafficking groups and claim to co-operate with authorities, strip clubs are <a title=\"Where Strip Clubs Thrive In Portland, So Does Child Sex Trafficking\" href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/2015\/06\/25\/child-sex-trafficking-strip-clubs-portland_n_7650778.html\" target=\"_blank\">still a magnet<\/a> for trafficking. And although they aren&#8217;t the only places traffickers operate, the establishments can be <a href=\"https:\/\/traffickingresourcecenter.org\/sex-trafficking-venuesindustries\/hostessstrip-club-based\" target=\"_blank\">attractive venues<\/a>. As the National Human Trafficking Resource explains, strip clubs \u201cprovide the space and environment in which buyers may purchase commercial sex.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The connection between stripping and trafficking is part of why CBS <a title=\"Thank CBS for Refusing to Let a Strip Club Commercial Run During the Super Bowl!\" href=\"http:\/\/endsexualexploitation.org\/articles\/thank-cbs-for-refusing-to-let-a-strip-club-commercial-run-during-the-super-bowl\/\" target=\"_blank\">won praise<\/a> for rejecting five million dollars worth of advertising from a major club. However, trafficking victims don&#8217;t just turn up at strip clubs; there&#8217;s another industry that their captors depend on, and you\u2019re subsidizing it.<\/p>\n<p>Traffickers see women and girls as a revenue source, so pregnancy is a problem. To keep the cash moving, many traffickers force their victims to abort. In a video put out by the group <a href=\"http:\/\/www.a21.org\/index.php\">A21 Campaign<\/a>, a former victim talks about being forced into two abortions, something she calls \u201cthe hardest.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1000\" height=\"563\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/23BtN_lqGEY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>How often do coerced abortions happen? Former State Department advisor and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.globalcenturion.org\/\">anti-trafficking activist<\/a> Laura Lederer testified before a a House Subcommittee about that. In 2014, Lederer told lawmakers that fifty five percent of the women she interviewed <a title=\"The Health Consequences of Sex Trafficking\" href=\"https:\/\/traffickingresourcecenter.org\/sites\/default\/files\/The-Health-Consequences-of-Sex-Trafficking%20-.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">for a study<\/a> reported having at least one abortion, and about half of those said they had been coerced.<\/p>\n<p>Former victim Vednita Carter <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lifenews.com\/2014\/09\/24\/shock-study-55-of-sex-trafficking-victims-become-pregnant-forced-into-abortions\/\">also testified<\/a>. She recalled being forced into six abortions, with the lack of follow up care leading to infections. Her experience wasn&#8217;t unique.<\/p>\n<p>Steven Wagner, a former director of the Department of Health and Human Services\u2019 Human Trafficking Program, <a title=\"Kathleen Sebelius' Gruesome Moral Calculus\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ncregister.com\/daily-news\/kathleen-sebelius-gruesome-moral-calculus#ixzz2bJzTOkm3\" target=\"_blank\">has discussed<\/a> how victims are often put right back to work following an abortion, something he says\u00a0\u201cmight very well be a death sentence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>So, where would you find people who are willing to be a part of that? Live Action found some at Planned Parenthood.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1000\" height=\"563\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/L9Zj9yx2j0Y?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>In 2011, Live Action investigators<a href=\"http:\/\/liveaction.org\/traffick\/\"> took hidden cameras<\/a> to multiple Planned Parenthood centers while posing as traffickers. In Perth Amboy, NJ, clinic director Amy Woodruff was ready to lend a hand, saying, \u201cIf they\u2019re 14 and under, just send them right there if they need an abortion, OK?\u201d That they didn\u2019t \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=riX50sOhAyk\">speak English<\/a>\u201d or \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=uj2XeLPRjns\">know what\u2019s going on<\/a>\u201d wasn\u2019t a concern.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not surprising that Planned Parenthood would help professional abusers&#8211;they\u2019ve been helping amateurs for years.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtontimes.com\/news\/2014\/jul\/11\/denver-lawsuit-accuses-abortion-clinic-not-reporti\/?page=all\">They helped<\/a> Timothy Smith when he brought his 13 year-old victim to a Colorado center. You might think seeing a girl who was pregnant and well below the age of consent would be a reason to call the authorities, but staff there felt otherwise. One later admitted that \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.adfmedia.org\/files\/SiskSkarvanTranscriptPages.pdf\">being thirteen and pregnant alone is not a red flag<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the abortion Planned Parenthood performed, Smith was able to stay out of jail and keep abusing his victim. Denise Fairbanks\u2019s father got <a href=\"http:\/\/lldf.org\/resolved-fairbanks-v-planned-parenthood\/\">similar assistance<\/a>. So did <a href=\"\/news\/california-pedophile-used-planned-parenthood-abortion-to-cover-rape\/\">Luis Gonzalez-Jose<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/archive.lifenews.com\/state3469.html\">Gary Cross<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lifenews.com\/2007\/05\/10\/state-2279\/\">John Blanks, Jr.<\/a>,<a href=\"http:\/\/www.boston.com\/news\/local\/connecticut\/articles\/2007\/08\/02\/charges_added_in_alleged_abduction\/?camp=pm\"> Adam Gault<\/a>,<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lifenews.com\/2014\/07\/29\/man-takes-pregnant-12-year-old-he-raped-to-three-abortion-clinics-none-report-the-abuse\/\"> Joseph Coles<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.azcentral.com\/story\/news\/local\/pinal\/2014\/05\/08\/pinal-deputies-allege-planned-parenthood-report-assault\/8837543\/\">Tyler Kost<\/a>,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/news\/everybodys-mad-about-penn-state-but-planned-parenthood-abuse-cover-up-is-a\"> Kevon Walker<\/a>,<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lifenews.com\/2015\/03\/23\/planned-parenthood-did-two-abortions-on-13-year-old-rape-victim-never-reported-abuse\/\"> Edgar Ramirez<\/a>, and<a href=\"\/news\/california-pedophile-used-planned-parenthood-abortion-to-cover-rape\/\"> Grey David Woods<\/a>. Keep in mind, these are just some of the ones who actually got caught.<\/p>\n<p>Planned Parenthood is America\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtontimes.com\/news\/2015\/jan\/1\/planned-parenthood-327k-abortions-fiscal-2014\/\">largest abortion chain<\/a>, performing over three hundred thousand every year. How many of them are coerced? I don\u2019t know. However, I <i>do<\/i> know how many coerced abortions were done at <a href=\"\/news\/abortion-lobby-stands-in-way-more-funding-health-centers\/\">federally qualified health centers (FQHCs)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Zero.<\/p>\n<p>Across the country, more than thirteen thousand FQHCs furnish care to those with limited means. And the services they provide are more comprehensive than what Planned Parenthood has to offer: whereas FQHCs performed over<a href=\"http:\/\/bphc.hrsa.gov\/uds\/datacenter.aspx?q=tall&amp;year=2014&amp;state\"> five hundred thousand<\/a> mammograms in 2014, Planned Parenthood <a href=\"\/news\/mammosham-watch-the-viral-video-exposing-planned-parenthood-false-mammogram-claims\/\">did none<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you don\u2019t think taxpayers should be enabling predators and pimps, then <a href=\"http:\/\/plannedparenthoodexposed.com\/\">tell Congress<\/a> you want Planned Parenthood\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/2013\/01\/08\/planned-parenthood-receives-record-amount-taxpayer-support\/\">half billion<\/a> dollar subsidy sent to FQHCs instead.
