It\u2019s me. It\u2019s your dad. You are not born yet\u2026 I can\u2019t wait to meet you.&#8221; Other parents are then shown addressing their children in similar, heartfelt ways.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->\u00a0The ad is supposed to be about the future, as Hillary&#8217;s Facebook page informs us:<\/p>\n<div class=\"fb-post\">\n<p><script>\/\/ <![CDATA[\n(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = \"\/\/connect.facebook.net\/en_US\/sdk.js#xfbml=1&#038;version=v2.3\"; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));\n\/\/ ]]><\/script><\/p>\n<div class=\"fb-video\" data-allowfullscreen=\"1\" data-href=\"\/hillaryclinton\/videos\/vb.889307941125736\/1069537306436131\/?type=3\">\n<div class=\"fb-xfbml-parse-ignore\">\n<blockquote cite=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hillaryclinton\/videos\/1069537306436131\/\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hillaryclinton\/videos\/1069537306436131\/\">I Believe<\/a>As parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, or siblings, we aren\u2019t just thinking about our own futures\u2014we\u2019re thinking about the kind of future we want the next generations to come into.<\/p>\n<p>Posted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hillaryclinton\/\">Hillary Clinton<\/a> on Monday, February 8, 2016<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><br class=\"break\"\/>But then the video\u00a0takes a strange turn, with the woman in the voice-over stating, &#8220;I believe in an America where you will be able to make decisions about your body because it belongs to you.&#8221; Amongst the images of happy,\u00a0smiling babies comes\u00a0a typical pro-abortion talking point\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0and as is\u00a0typical of\u00a0such talking points, abortion isn&#8217;t mentioned, but implied.<\/p>\n<p>Luis Zaffirini\u00a0<span style=\"color: #41a62a;\">discusses<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lifenews.com\/2016\/02\/08\/hillary-clinton-campaign-video-shows-smiling-babies-as-woman-says-i-believe-in-abortion\/\">the ad<\/a>\u00a0at LifeNews.com, noting that\u00a0&#8220;between that imagery and the opening line being addressed to an unborn child, the cognitive dissonance is nearly unbearable.&#8221; Indeed.<\/p>\n<p>That the ad comes from Hillary Clinton could hardly be more ironic. After all,\u00a0Planned Parenthood, the nation&#8217;s single largest abortion provider, broke precedent\u00a0<a href=\"\/news\/breaking-planned-parenthood-endorsed-hillary-clinton\/\">to endorse her for president<\/a> during the primary season. And she has compiled quite the pro-abortion record during her time as a public figure.<\/p>\n<p>Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio <a href=\"\/news\/rubio-right-call-hillary-clinton-pro-abortion-even-due-date\/\">remarked<\/a> that Clinton &#8220;believes all abortion should be legal, even on the due date of that unborn child.&#8221; And indeed, just this campaign cycle, Clinton has advocated for late-term abortion during <a href=\"\/news\/hillary-clinton-real-person-preborn-babies-arent\/\">press interviews<\/a>. So why would a candidate so extreme in support of abortion use babies in a campaign ad?<\/p>\n<p>Such an ad would normally be a beautiful affirmation of life. But this one can instead serve as a warning to pro-lifers as to what&#8217;s really at stake\u00a0in this election.
