In a shocking turn of events, a Houston county grand jury has indicted the citizen journalist behind the undercover Planned Parenthood videos, while ignoring evidence of the abortion giant’s crimes against humanity.<\/p>\n

According to the Harris County indictment, Center for Medical Progress project lead, David Daleiden, and his colleague, Sandra Merritt,\u00a0face two to\u00a020 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.\u00a0Daleiden received an additional misdemeanor indictment related to an\u00a0alleged offer to purchase fetal organs. The charges were brought because Daleiden and Merritt allegedly presented\u00a0fake California driver’s licenses for a meeting with Planned Parenthood in Houston.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

It is troubling, too, that Harris County prosecutor, Lauren Reeder, is a Planned Parenthood director who\u00a0sits on the board of an affiliate. Reeder’s connection with Daleiden’s case\u00a0raises concerns that this conflict of interest is an attempt to silence and smear the Center for Medical Progress\u00a0and Daleiden’s\u00a0team of investigators.<\/p>\n

However, video footage reveals\u00a0Planned Parenthood’s fetal parts\u00a0harvesting practices, extreme disrespect for human life, and potential profiteering\u00a0from the destruction of preborn children.<\/p>\n

1.Killing preborn children and harvesting their body parts<\/strong><\/p>\n

While Planned Parenthood engages in the greatest human rights injustice on the books \u2014 the killing of over 320,000 preborn children every year\u00a0\u2014 undercover video evidence obtained by the Center for Medical Progress revealed the abortion giant’s hand in the harvesting of fetal body parts. Many Americans were horrified after a dozen videos released by CMP\u00a0detailed\u00a0Planned Parenthood’s gruesome fetal trafficking practices and contempt for human life.<\/p>\n

In the first video, Planned Parenthood’s senior director of medical services, Dr. Deborah Nucatola, discussed how she perfects her abortion practices in order to supply the demand\u00a0of quality, salable baby parts.\u00a0Under federal law, it is illegal for the abortionist <\/a>to even know that the parts of the child are to be “donated” for research.<\/p>\n

Subsequent videos released last year show\u00a0top abortionists indicating\u00a0how Planned Parenthood, from its corporate leadership down to local abortion facilities, may profit\u00a0from the procurement of fetal tissue.<\/p>\n

2. Altering abortion procedures<\/strong><\/p>\n

In a video released last year, Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast Director of Research Melissa Farrell\u2014 the branch that has been mistakingly\u00a0cleared of wrongdoing\u2014 displayed willingness to obtain “intact,” salable baby parts for profit.<\/p>\n

In the video, Farrell states the abortionist can\u00a0alter\u00a0abortion procedures,\u00a0which are\u00a0longer and more painful for\u00a0the patient,\u00a0in order to procure organs from babies in the late-term. When describing fetal tissue procurement practices, Farrell admits,\u00a0“if we alter our process, we are able to obtain intact fetal cadavers.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe deviate from our standard in order to do that,\u201d Farrell said.<\/p>\n

Federal law states <\/a>that an abortionist is not allowed to change procedure to\u00a0procure human “tissue.”<\/p>\n

No alteration of the timing, method, or procedures used to terminate the pregnancy was made solely for the purposes of obtaining the tissue.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

In addition,\u00a0Dr. Nucatola suggests in the first CMP video that abortion providers may commit what appears to resemble the\u00a0illegal partial-birth abortion procedure, and even explains how abortion industry practitioners can circumvent the law based on interpretation:<\/p>\n

Partial-birth abortion. It\u2019s not a medical term, it doesn\u2019t exist in reality. \u2026 [N]umber 1, the Federal Abortion Ban is a law, and laws are up to interpretation. So there are people who interpret it as intent. So if I say on Day 1 I do not intend to do this, what ultimately happens doesn\u2019t matter. Because I didn\u2019t intend to do this on Day 1 so I\u2019m complying with the law.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

3. \u00a0Showing extreme disrespect for human life<\/strong><\/p>\n
