Carol Everett<\/a> ran four abortion facilities\u00a0and owned two before converting to the pro-life side. She has had a career as a pro-life speaker and founded the Heidi Group<\/a>, which helps women with unplanned or crisis pregnancies.<\/p>\n

She wrote a book with Jack Shaw that chronicles her time in the abortion industry. In the book is a passage where she is watching the abortionist finish a D&E abortion.<\/p>\n

A D&E or dismemberment abortion is done by pulling the baby apart with forceps. This late-term abortion method has the baby dismembered and pulled out one piece at a time. \u00a0The last step is the crushing of the baby’s detached head.<\/p>\n

Here is a\u00a0description of the procedure <\/a>by Dr. Anthony Levatino, who committed over 1,200 abortions before becoming pro-life.<\/p>\n
