All this despite how their <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/LiveActionNews\/status\/681681231843569664\" target=\"_blank\">more legitimate healthcare services go down<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The self-congratulating isn&#8217;t always just nauseating.
