In another example of a\u00a0lack of respect for life, notorious\u00a0Michigan\u00a0abortionist Jacob Kalo, who owns several abortion facilities, put the safety of other citizens at risk so he could complain\u00a0about the presence of pro-life protesters at his abortion facility. Kalo’s\u00a0lack of concern for the health and safety of others was documented<\/a>\u00a0by Live Action News\u00a0after health officials closed\u00a0one of his four abortion facilities last year.<\/p>\n

911 audio<\/a> provided by\u00a0pro-life activist Lynn Mills reveals that on October 7, 2015, the abortionist tied up\u00a0911 for five minutes with a non-emergency call – to complain that protesters were sitting outside his facility – forcing\u00a0the 911 operator to place him on hold at least five times<\/em> to take actual\u00a0emergency calls.<\/p>\n

“My name is Doctor Kalo. I’m the owner of 57-\u00a0sorry, 6765 Orchard Lake Road. I have a clinic over there. And there is some picketers over there,” he tells the 911 operator.He\u00a0then states this is the third time he has called that week.<\/p>\n

As the 911 dispatcher restates the address, she is interrupted by a real emergency call, telling him,\u00a0“One second please.”<\/p>\n

“What is the name of the business there?” the 911 operator asks Kalo.<\/p>\n

“It’s Women’s Center,” the abortionist replies.<\/p>\n

Kalo, who has had protesters at his facilities\u00a0for years, tells the emergency dispatcher, “I don’t know if they are allowed to picket or not… but according to the bylaws and the state laws, if they want to picket–”<\/p>\n

He is then abruptly interrupted so the 911 operator can take ANOTHER <\/strong>emergency call.\u00a0When she returns several minutes later, she tells Kalo that the pro-lifers\u00a0are<\/em>\u00a0allowed to protest\u00a0there.\u00a0But this is not good enough.<\/p>\n

Kalo continues to take valuable time away from 911 by complaining because some of the protesters are sitting in chairs. “It’s not a picnic place,” he tells the dispatcher.
\n<\/em>
\nHe is interrupted for a THIRD<\/strong> time\u00a0so the 911 operator can put his petty call on hold for\u00a0a real emergency call.\u00a0“I have another emergency call coming in – one minute,” 911 tells Kalo.\u00a0When the dispatcher returns, Kalo tells her the pro-lifers are “not walking,” and “this is not picketing.”<\/p>\n

Even after the 911 operator tells the abortionist that she will have an officer go by to “take a look,” Kalo persists.\u00a0“Let me just tell you something. I don’t want to keep repeating–” he says before being interrupted a FOURTH<\/strong> time\u00a0so the dispatcher can take an\u00a0emergency call.<\/p>\n

“Mr. Kalo, we’ll send an officer on over there, okay?” 911 says\u00a0as they return to the phone.\u00a0Kalo continues to chastise the operator, “Yeah, but I don’t want to do that every day.”\u00a0911 patiently tells him, “Sir, the most I can do is send an officer over there, okay?”<\/p>\n

“Let me just say one more sentence,” he continues. “Somebody has to talk to the guys organizing all of that and let them explain the law.”\u00a0911 again tells Kalo\u00a0they will send an officer to the facility. He\u00a0continues to talk.<\/p>\n

911 tells him again that they are extremely busy<\/i> and says he can hang up or be put on hold so she can take a\u00a0FIFTH <\/strong>emergency\u00a0<\/strong>call. He decides to stay on hold, waiting again for the dispatcher.<\/p>\n

The audio ends at that point, but pro-lifer Lynn Mills told Live Action News that the call continued for several more minutes. According to the police report obtained by Mills, officers\u00a0responded to find two older women sitting in chairs outside Kalo’s facility. The women “voluntarily” removed their chairs “to avoid any confrontation.”<\/p>\n
