Shocking video footage released today shows top Planned Parenthood executives discussing the sales of baby body parts, saying that it is a &#8220;valid exchange&#8221;, and that clinics can make &#8220;a fair amount of income&#8221; doing it.<\/p>\n<p>[youtube http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=c9EU_02c5bM]<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The video features multiple Planned Parenthood executives: Dr. Carolyn Westhoff, Senior Medical Advisor; Dr. Vanessa Cullins, Vice President for External Medical Affairs; and Deborah VanDerhei, National Director for the Consortium of Abortion Providers (CAPS).<\/p>\n<p>Westhoff bemoans the possible P.R. nightmare that would be unleashed if the public were to find out about their illegal activities, while VanDerhei discusses\u00a0payments for the body parts as &#8220;donation for remuneration.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>VanDerhei also is told that they can receive around $100 for each &#8220;specimen,&#8221; and remarks that people can make &#8220;a fair amount of income&#8221; through this. Vanessa Russo, Compliance Program Administrator for Planned Parenthood Keystone in Pennsylvania, is also featured, calling the selling of aborted babies&#8217; body parts a &#8220;valid exchange,&#8221; despite the fact that purchases of human fetal tissue is a felony. And Cullins talks about the need to keep their illegal activity quiet, saying that it could &#8220;destroy&#8221; the organization.<\/p>\n<p>Live Action President Lila Rose condemned Planned Parenthood&#8217;s illicit activities.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The newest video by Center for Medical Progress shows at what length Planned Parenthood executives will go to cover up the illegal harvesting of and profiting from baby parts. Multiple executives also discuss the public relations nightmare should these illegal practices become public. The nightmare is a reality, and along with continuing its multiple investigations into the abortion giant,\u00a0Congress should immediately stop funneling over half a billion taxpayer dollars into Planned Parenthood and instead redirect the money to the over 13,000 community health centers that provide comprehensive healthcare to women.<\/p>\n<p>American taxpayers must not be forced to fund Planned Parenthood&#8217;s abortion empire and its many abuses, including the illegal profiting from the sale of baby body parts and the horrific practice of allowing infants that are born alive to die so their organs can be harvested. Congress should also ignore the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/liveaction.org\/press\/live-action-punches-holes-in-planned-parenthood-claims-that-its-facilities-comply-with-law-when-harvesting-baby-parts\/\" target=\"_blank\">several discredited claims Planned Parenthood\u2019s president has made<\/a>\u00a0in her attempt to cover up these abuses.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.plannedparenthoodexposed.com\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-68636 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.liveactionnews.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/DefundAd-400b.jpg\" alt=\"DefundAd-400b\" width=\"400\" height=\"170\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/DefundAd-400b.jpg 400w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/DefundAd-400b-300x128.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Previous videos have exposed how Planned Parenthood breaks the law by selling body parts of aborted preborn children. Undercover videos also show the behind-the-scenes between\u00a0tissue procurement companies that partner with Planned Parenthood in this grisly business.<\/p>\n<p>Since the release of The Center for Medical Progress videos, Planned Parenthood has been under the scrutiny of state and federal authorities. Congress has opened several investigations into Planned Parenthood&#8217;s\u00a0sale of baby parts, and\u00a013<a href=\"\/news\/5-states-defund-13-states-investigate-planned-parenthood\/\">\u00a0states<\/a>\u00a0have announced separate\u00a0investigations.<\/p>\n<p>The Department of Justice also promised to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/doj-to-review-planned-parenthood-videos\/\">review the videos and investigate<\/a>\u00a0the abortion giant. The House of Representatives is poised to vote this week<a href=\"\/news\/u-s-house-will-vote-to-defund-planned-parenthood-for-one-year\/\">\u00a0to halt funding to\u00a0Planned Parenthood<\/a>\u00a0for one year; and several states, including Louisiana, Utah, Alabama, and Arkansas, have moved to defund the abortion giant.<\/p>\n<p>Each new video\u00a0builds mounting evidence against\u00a0Planned Parenthood&#8217;s trafficking of fetal body parts.\u00a0In the wake of the undercover videos, pro-lifers mustered\u00a0the largest protest ever against the abortion giant, with rallies\u00a0at\u00a0<a href=\"\/news\/pro-life-advocates-line-sidewalks-nationwide-outside-300-planned-parenthood-centers\/\">over 300 Planned Parenthood <\/a>facilities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Center for Medical Progress has released its tenth video, investigating Planned Parenthood&#8217;s illegal sale of aborted baby body parts.
