In July they released<a href=\"http:\/\/www.silentnomoreawareness.org\/plannedparenthood\/planned-parenthood-testimony-quotes-july-2015.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"> a collection of testimonies<\/a>\u00a0from women who went to Planned Parenthood for abortions or abortion referrals and had bad experiences. All these women now want Planned Parenthood to be defunded.<\/p>\n<p>Here is one story from a woman who says neither Planned Parenthood nor the clinic where she had her abortion gave any information or counseling:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">I had an abortion in Chicago. I went to a Planned Parenthood office for the pregnancy test. They gave me no information about fetal development; no information about abortion procedures; no information about my options. They asked me if I knew what I wanted to do and I said I was thinking about having an abortion. They gave me a list of clinics to call.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">The abortion clinic that Planned Parenthood referred me to also gave me no information about fetal development; no information about abortion procedures; no information about my options.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">When I went back for a check-up two weeks later I was crying while I was there. Aside from receiving a pelvic exam to determine that &#8220;everything was OK&#8221; no one there asked me how I was doing emotionally and no one seemed concerned about my tears.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Silent No More is an organization that compiles the testimonies of women who regret their abortions.
