Perhaps the most significant one is\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pub\/perrin-larton\/9\/602\/b4\">Perrin Larton<\/a>, the Procurement Manager for ABR (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.centerformedicalprogress.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/OVERVIEW.pdf\">Advanced Bioscience Resources,<\/a> which has zero web presence).<\/p>\n<h4>Kickbacks are part of the game.<\/h4>\n<p>An interesting sidelight to the videos is that StemExpress complains about the un-level playing field. They try to give money to the clinic (which would be illegal if the payment exceeds expenses) and are stymied by ABR, which apparently has invested in buying staff and board members at clinics (also a felony).<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Cate Dyer, who used to work as a procurement technician for ABR before founding her own company StemExpress, shares some of the financial details of ABR: \u201cThey were funding places in Hawaii for themselves,\u201d she divulges. \u201cSome staff\u2013not that I know so much on the Planned Parenthood side, but I wouldn\u2019t be surprised\u2013there are some staff in the past that have been on the payroll with ABR.\u201d According to Dyer, ABR would pay an \u201cadvisor fee\u201d to a clinic manager or director in order to preserve their exclusive right to harvest fetal tissue at that location. \u201cThere\u2019s like, well enough known,\u201d says Dyer, that \u201cfor a long time there were certain clinics that because they had paid advisors that were sitting on boards for these clinics, that were also an advisor to ABR, you were just never going to go anywhere with them, you know what I mean?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4>Do they kill babies that have been delivered?<\/h4>\n<p>Via transcript from <a href=\"http:\/\/hotair.com\/archives\/2015\/09\/01\/new-cmp-video-sometimes-babies-just-fall-out\/\">HotAir<\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u201cThe whole point is not to have a live birth,\u201d Larton\u00a0says. \u201cUnless it\u2019s somebody who has had six pregnancies and six vaginal deliveries.\u201d The undercover investigator asks, \u201cAnd then it just pops out?\u201d \u201cYeah,\u201d\u00a0Lartonreplies, \u201cthey put lams in and she comes in the next morning, and I literally have had women come in, and they\u2019ll go into the OR, and they\u2019re back out it in three minutes. And I\u2019m going, \u2018What\u2019s going on?\u2019 \u2018Oh yeah, the fetus was already in the vaginal canal. Whenever we put her in the stirrups, it just fell out.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>If the baby \u201cjust fell out,\u201d it would seem that means a live-birth, which as Larton says, misses the whole point of having an abortion. The implication is clear, that the attending abortionist killed a baby that was very much alive and very much outside the mother. The technical term for that is \u2018murder.\u2019 Criminality aside, what Larton is describing is a clear violation of the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gpo.gov\/fdsys\/pkg\/PLAW-107publ207\/html\/PLAW-107publ207.htm\">Born Alive Infants Protection Act of 2002<\/a>. While this bill is toothless (we only had a GOP president, House, and Senate, at the time so there wasn\u2019t much anyone could do to make it stronger) in that it carries no criminal sanctions itself, violating it would result in a hospital or other non-profit having its <a href=\"http:\/\/www.weeklystandard.com\/blogs\/revisit-born-alive-act_720237.html\">tax exempt status revoked<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The videos are showing conclusively what kind of a monstrous industry we have created by legalizing abortion and Congress should act to limit this ghoulish business as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p><em>(Editor&#8217;s Note: This article was first published at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.redstate.com\/2015\/09\/01\/kickbacks-murder-day-life-ppsellsbabyparts-industry\/\">RedState<\/a> on September 1, 2015, and is reprinted here with permission.)<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(RedState.com) The sickening series of videos from Center for Medical Progress continues apace.
