The tape details the inside dealings of Advanced Bioscience Resources, Inc., (ABR) which has been in the business of harvesting aborted baby parts longer than any other entity. ABR has been buying and selling baby parts &#8211; from Planned Parenthood &#8211; for over a decade.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ndJMawjoyPc\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The video includes taped conversations with former medical director of Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest, Dr. Katharine Sheehan, ABR Procurement Manager Perrin Larton, and StemExpress\u00a0CEO Cate Dyer.<\/p>\n<p>On tape, Sheehan admits that Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest (located in San Diego) just &#8220;renegotiated the contract&#8221; with ABR. She says, &#8220;They\u2019re doing the big collections for government-level collections and things like that.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"402.6466666666666\">Though Sheehan had retired literally hours before meeting the undercover buyers, she told them, &#8220;[I]t\u2019s important work, and<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"304.74500000000006\">\n<p>I\u2019d like to be able to support you.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>ABR&#8217;s Larton made two chilling admissions: first, that ABR&#8217;s employees wait outside the room where the abortion is being performed, so that they are ready and waiting to collect a &#8216;fresh&#8217; specimen, as soon as the baby is aborted. The Planned Parenthood clinic discussed in the video does abortions as late as 24 weeks. Larton discusses harvesting parts from babies at 20 and 21 weeks old.<\/p>\n<p>Larton also described the birth of live babies at Planned Parenthood&#8217;s clinics:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">I literally have had women come in and they\u2019ll go in the O.R. and they\u2019re back out in 3 minutes, and I\u2019m going, &#8220;What\u2019s going on?&#8221; Oh yeah, the fetus was already in the vaginal canal whenever we put her in the stirrups, it just fell out.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>There is no discussion of what happens to these babies who are born alive in the clinic. Although <a href=\"\/news\/ca-officials-receive-live-action-letter-demanding-investigation-into-baby-parts-sales\/\">California law requires<\/a> that these babies receive medical care &#8211; the same care that a prematurely born baby would receive &#8211; it is almost certain this does not happen. Both federal and state law view these babies as full persons with rights under the law, yet it is clear that Planned Parenthood and ABR do not treat them as persons.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-68636\" src=\"https:\/\/www.liveactionnews.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/DefundAd-400b.jpg\" alt=\"DefundAd-400b\" width=\"400\" height=\"170\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/DefundAd-400b.jpg 400w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/DefundAd-400b-300x128.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Live Action President Lila Rose made this statement:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Today, we have the ninth video on Planned Parenthood released as Members of Congress wrap up their district visits and return to Washington for a planned vote to defund abortion giant Planned Parenthood. The undercover videos by Center for Medical Progress and the\u00a0recent letter\u00a0to Congress\u00a0by Planned Parenthood further add proof to the overwhelming body of evidence that Planned Parenthood, while collecting tax dollars, broke the law when they harvested and sold baby organs and changed medical procedures to harvest the most profitable organs.\u00a0 Planned Parenthood must be defunded immediately, and political leaders should reject and return all campaign donations from this illegal enterprise.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Center for Medical Progress Project Lead David Daleiden said:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">In the twisted world of baby parts trafficking from Planned Parenthood abortion clinics, there are few unbroken rules, After the serious admissions in Planned Parenthood\u2019s letter to Congress last week, it is imperative for lawmakers and law enforcement to act decisively to determine the full extent of Planned Parenthood and their proxies\u2019 lawbreaking, hold them accountable, and stop the taxpayer funding of these barbaric atrocities against humanity.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The video is the\u00a0latest in a saga of undercover investigations unveiling Planned Parenthood&#8217;s role in the trafficking of aborted baby parts.<\/p>\n<p>Since the release of the videos, the U.S. Senate held a vote to defund Planned Parenthood, during which\u00a0a majority of lawmakers voted in\u00a0favor of ending the government subsidy for\u00a0the abortion business. The <a href=\"\/news\/breaking-senate-vote-block-planned-parenthood-fails\/\">measure though fell short <\/a>of the 60 out of 100 votes needed to advance.<\/p>\n<p>Multiple states also defunded the abortion business,\u00a0including <a href=\"\/news\/breaking-louisiana-governor-announces-termination-medicaid-contract-planned-parenthood\/\">Louisiana<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"\/news\/breaking-alabama-governor-terminates-states-medicaid-agreement-planned-parenthood\/\">Alabama<\/a>, <a href=\"\/news\/breaking-utah-becomes-fifth-state-to-distance-itself-from-planned-parenthood\/\">Utah<\/a>, Arkansas, and New Hampshire. Planned Parenthood, however, has responded to defunding efforts by <a href=\"\/news\/planned-parenthood-sues-louisiana-over-discontinued-medicaid-funding\/\">suing<\/a>\u00a0Louisiana and Alabama for terminating state Medicaid contracts,\u00a0demanding restoration of public funding.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/news\/5-states-defund-13-states-investigate-planned-parenthood\/\">Thirteen states<\/a> have begun investigations or reviews into Planned Parenthood. Both <a href=\"\/news\/florida-not-backing-case-planned-parenthood\/\">Florida<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lifenews.com\/2015\/08\/27\/probe-finds-st-louis-planned-parenthood-possibly-selling-body-parts-from-aborted-babies\/\">Missouri<\/a> have so far turned up violations of law or regulations by the abortion giant.<\/p>\n<p>In the wake of the baby parts scandal, pro-lifers orchestrated the largest public protest ever against Planned Parenthood. In almost half of Planned Parenthood facilities across the country\u00a0\u2014 over 300 rallies \u2014 pro-lifers stood\u00a0on behalf of the most defenseless.
