She\u2019s the CEO of StemExpress, a company that (<a title=\"StemExpress cuts ties with Planned Parenthood\" href=\"\/news\/breaking-stemexpress-cuts-ties-with-planned-parenthood\/\" target=\"_blank\">until recently<\/a>) worked with Planned Parenthood to supply researchers with tissue from aborted children.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s pretty lucrative, although there are some challenges. Apparently neural tissue is \u201cthe hardest thing\u201d to transport because \u201cit\u2019s insanely fragile.\u201d The solution? Just ship the whole head. Dyer\u00a0talks about\u00a0all that and more\u00a0on the <a href=\"http:\/\/centerformedicalprogress.org\/\">Center for Medical Progress<\/a>\u2019s upcoming release.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The Center for Medical Progress (CMP)\u00a0has put out a series of undercover videos that\u00a0<a title=\"Investigative Footage\" href=\"http:\/\/www.centerformedicalprogress.org\/cmp\/investigative-footage\/\" target=\"_blank\">recorded meetings<\/a>\u00a0between Planned Parenthood\u00a0officials and people claiming to be fetal tissue buyers. The officials are\u00a0shown\u00a0trying to profit from <a title=\"Planned Parenthood says it doesn\u2019t sell organs; here\u2019s why that\u2019s hard to believe\" href=\"\/news\/planned-parenthood-says-doesnt-sell-organs-heres-thats-hard-believe\/\" target=\"_blank\">organ sales<\/a>,\u00a0 offering to illegally alter how abortions are performed, and\u00a0admitting to\u00a0<a title=\"Some babies survive at 22 weeks; this abortionist \u2018crushes\u2019 them at 24\" href=\"\/news\/babies-survive-22-weeks-doctor-crushes-24\/\" target=\"_blank\">partial-birth abortions.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Other videos featured StemExpress CEO Cate Dyer, but their release was blocked by a temporary restraining&#8211;<a title=\"New video shows StemExpress CEO joking about shipping \u201ca lot\u201d of intact aborted babies\" href=\"\/news\/video-shows-stemexpress-ceo-joking-shipping-intact-aborted-fetuses\/\" target=\"_blank\">until now<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">CMP has assembled a trailer you can watch below.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1000\" height=\"563\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/CiNGP9Rn_xs?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><a title=\"Preview Quotes from Video of Planned Parenthood Baby Parts Partner StemExpress\" href=\"http:\/\/www.centerformedicalprogress.org\/2015\/08\/preview-quotes-from-video-of-planned-parenthood-baby-parts-partner-stemexpress\/\" target=\"_blank\">One of the things<\/a> discussed is how difficult brain matter is to ship:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">As you probably know, one of the issues with neural tissue, it\u2019s so fragile. It\u2019s insanely fragile. And I don\u2019t even know\u2014I was gonna say, I know we get requests for neural, it\u2019s the hardest thing in the world to ship.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The potential buyer suggests sending an entire head, and Dyer concedes this is a good idea. However, there can be problems when the package is delivered: \u201cThey\u2019ll open the box&#8230; \u2018Oh God!\u2019\u201d According to her, \u201clab techs freak out and have meltdowns,\u201d so it\u2019s important to \u201ctell the lab it\u2019s coming.\u201d When the buyer says to \u201cmake sure the eyes are closed,\u201d Dyer laughingly agrees.<\/p>\n<p>This isn&#8217;t the first revelation\u00a0about StemExpress.\u00a0In an <a title=\"Video #7: Hey, let\u2019s cut an aborted baby\u2019s face in half to get to the brain\" href=\"\/news\/video-7-hey-lets-cut-aborted-babys-face-half-get-brain\/\" target=\"_blank\">earlier video<\/a>, former StemExpress employee Holly O\u2019Donnell recounted being to told to cut into the head of an aborted baby whose heart was still beating.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1000\" height=\"563\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/FzMAycMMXp8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>Meanwhile, Dr. Savita Ginde, vice president of Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains (the affiliate O\u2019Donnell worked with) was <a title=\"Planned Parenthood VP Says Fetuses May Come Out Intact, Agrees Payments Specific to the Specimen\" href=\"http:\/\/www.centerformedicalprogress.org\/2015\/07\/planned-parenthood-vp-says-fetuses-may-come-out-intact-agrees-payments-specific-to-the-specimen\/\" target=\"_blank\">caught admitting<\/a> that children are sometimes delivered intact.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1000\" height=\"563\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/GWQuZMvcFA8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>There\u2019s a legal term for killing an infant after birth; it\u2019s called murder. And in this case, it\u2019s federally subsidized: every year, Planned Parenthood receives over <a title=\"Planned Parenthood receives record amount of taxpayer support\" href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/2013\/01\/08\/planned-parenthood-receives-record-amount-taxpayer-support\/\" target=\"_blank\">half a\u00a0billion<\/a> tax dollars. While pro-lifers tried last month to redirect that money to <a title=\"Abortion lobby stands in the way of more funding for health centers\" href=\"\/news\/abortion-lobby-stands-in-way-more-funding-health-centers\/\" target=\"_blank\">community health centers<\/a>, they were opposed by Senate Democrats and <a title=\"White House threatens to veto bill blocking Planned Parenthood's funding\" href=\"http:\/\/thehill.com\/policy\/healthcare\/249936-white-house-threatens-to-veto-bill-blocking-planned-parenthoods-funding\" target=\"_blank\">the White House<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you want that to change, sign Live Action\u2019s <a title=\"Planned Parenthood Exposed\" href=\"http:\/\/plannedparenthoodexposed.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">petition<\/a> calling for an end to Planned Parenthood\u2019s funding.
