They also say some abortion clinics they work with are unsanitary and they\u2019ve \u201cseen staph come out of clinics.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This afternoon Los Angeles District Court Judge Joanne O&#8217;Donnell lifted a\u00a0temporary restraining order (TRO) that had been placed against <a href=\"http:\/\/www.centerformedicalprogress.org\/\">The Center for Medical Progress<\/a>\u00a0after fetal tissue procurement company StemExpress filed a lawsuit to try to block the release of any video involving its executives.<\/p>\n<p>That said, according to <a href=\"http:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/Technology\/wireStory\/judge-shell-anti-abortion-group-release-video-33231237\">ABC News<\/a>, &#8220;StemExpress was expected to seek a stay from an appeals court.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Within hours after the TRO was lifted, CMP posted a two-minute video entitled, <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/CiNGP9Rn_xs\">&#8220;Human Capital Trailer,&#8221; on YouTube<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1000\" height=\"563\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/CiNGP9Rn_xs?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>The trailer shows clips of Planned Parenthood executives we&#8217;ve already seen in previously released videos, but it includes a new small clip (at the 1:25 mark) of StemExpress CEO Cate Dyer joking about shipping intact fetal cadavers:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Oh, yeah, I mean if you had intact cases, which we\u2019ve done a lot, that\u00a0we sometimes ship those back to the lab in its entirety\u2026. Tell the lab\u00a0it\u2019s coming. You know, open the box and go, &#8220;Oh, God,&#8221; ha ha ha.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>I just spoke with CMP&#8217;s David Daleiden, who explained the trailer was originally intended for release as a teaser before CMP&#8217;s first video was launched on July 14.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.plannedparenthoodexposed.com\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-68636 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.liveactionnews.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/DefundAd-400b.jpg\" alt=\"DefundAd-400b\" width=\"400\" height=\"170\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/DefundAd-400b.jpg 400w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/DefundAd-400b-300x128.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>His team ultimately decided to hold things back.
