They also cited a fourth clinic for improper record-keeping regarding the disposal of fetal remains.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->On Monday, Planned Parenthood Federation of America Vice President Dawn Laguens declared that \u201cthe allegation that Planned Parenthood is performing procedures that we aren&#8217;t licensed to is completely false.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The abortion giant contends that all of the abortions at the facility in question\u00a0have taken place within either the first 12 weeks of pregnancy or the first 14 weeks after a woman\u2019s last normal menstrual period, but that the health department only recently changed how they measure the first trimester, without adequate notice.<\/p>\n<p>Live Action <a href=\"\/news\/florida-planned-parenthood-innocent-no-matter-health-inspectors-say\/\">also reported<\/a> previously that Planned Parenthood\u2019s earlier defense was that the state health department was measuring trimesters incorrectly.
