The latest round of chanting comes from Florida, where just yesterday, state inspectors found some Planned Parenthood facilities doing illegal late-term abortions.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"http:\/\/www.winknews.com\/2015\/08\/06\/planned-parenthood-responds-to-report-of-illegal-abortions-in-florida\/\">Florida news station<\/a> visited one of the clinics cited for the illegal abortions. The Naples clinic wouldn&#8217;t answer questions and staffers escorted them out.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">The <\/span><a style=\"line-height: 1.5;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.winknews.com\/2015\/08\/06\/planned-parenthood-responds-to-report-of-illegal-abortions-in-florida\/\">story reports:<\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Florida Alliance of Planned Parenthood Affiliates Executive Director Laura Goodhue issued a statement late Wednesday night saying in part, \u201cI can state unequivocally that all of our health centers are operating in full compliance with Florida law as well as best practices in reproductive health care.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Goodhue also says, \u201cthe claim that any of our health centers are performing procedures we are not licensed to perform is false.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Planned Parenthood claims the investigation did not measure trimesters correctly.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>So we have the word of Planned Parenthood, who has repeatedly been caught lying, well before this particular series of investigations, versus the words of state health inspectors who are trained in all matters of the law as it relates to health care standards in every facility that cares for people&#8217;s health in the state.<\/p>\n<p>State workers undergo training<em> ad nauseam<\/em> and likely know more about health care than the combined knowledge of the entire Planned Parenthood staff in the state, since Planned Parenthood focuses on a narrow aspect of care &#8211; the killing part\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0with a few cursory breast screenings and birth control pills to make them look more like a legitimate health care agency.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_69856\" style=\"width: 190px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-69856\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-69856 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.liveactionnews.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/635711698475732022-Laura-Goodhue.jpg\" alt=\"Florida PP executive director Laura Goodhue\" width=\"180\" height=\"238\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-69856\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Florida PP executive director Laura Goodhue<\/p><\/div>\n<p>What&#8217;s most striking about the statement issued by Planned Parenthood&#8217;s Goodhue is that, just as her national counterparts, she do not even indicate the remotest possibility of looking into the possibility something may be done wrong. The affiliate office is so certain that their sacred abortion workers couldn&#8217;t possibly be doing wrong that they defend what they are not even there to see.<\/p>\n<p>As <a href=\"\/news\/florida-planned-parenthood-investigation-reveals-illegal-second-trimester-abortions\/\">Live Action previously reported<\/a>, Florida Governor Rick Scott was actually criticized for <em>announcing<\/em> the statewide investigation of the abortion provider because health agency policy is to make <em>surprise, unannounced<\/em> visits. Thus, Planned Parenthood, knowing a visit was imminent, didn&#8217;t even bother to hide their evidence of wrongdoing. Instead they recited\u00a0the oft-parroted line: <em>We didn&#8217;t do it<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Someone probably<em> is<\/em> measuring gestational age wrong, but it&#8217;s likely\u00a0not the health department.<\/p>\n<p>It would behoove Planned Parenthood to actually feign concern over the many things being exposed nationwide.
