Dr. Savita Ginde and her staff seem more than\u00a0willing to be a part of what fetal tissue procurement agencies are\u00a0doing.<\/p>\n<p>The nonchalance\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0and even enthusiasm &#8211; expressed by Dr. Ginde, and medical assistant Jess, regarding\u00a0the harvesting of fetal tissue, become more and more disturbing as the video goes on. The environment at PPRM seems very much like any medical establishment, and\u00a0every couple minutes or so, you have to\u00a0remind yourself as you watch:\u00a0&#8220;They are killing\u00a0children here.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wV2U9unI1NM\" width=\"420\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><!--more-->At 1:35:45, Dr. Ginde begins speaking about the typical operations of\u00a0the lab where aborted children must be examined to make sure all of their body parts are present. From the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.centerformedicalprogress.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/PPRMTranscript040715final.pdf\">transcript<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Ginde: But sometimes with the residents, I tell them to poke around, and\u00a0sometimes embryology will come full circle. Find all the parts you know, see what\u00a0you can see. Especially with the thirteen, fourteen, fifteen weekers, <strong>I think it\u2019s\u00a0<\/strong><strong>pretty amazing<\/strong>. We find heart, we\u2019ve see kidneys and adrenals, sometimes\u00a0there\u2019s thing I don\u2019t know what that is but it\u2019s a part&#8230; I don&#8217;t\u2019 know if it\u2019s lungs, if it\u2019s\u00a0brains, if it\u2019s heart-<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>It&#8217;s pretty amazing to see all the body parts of a child that&#8217;s just been killed, says the abortionist, with no apparent concern for the fact that this child was alive moments prior and now is just a specimen &#8211; an embryology lesson.\u00a0Sadly,\u00a0we know the women having abortions aren&#8217;t given any sort of embryology lesson before having the procedure.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_69620\" style=\"width: 203px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-69620\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-69620\" src=\"https:\/\/www.liveactionnews.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Planned_Parenthood_Dr_Savita_Ginde-300x247.jpg\" alt=\"Planned_Parenthood_Dr_Savita_Ginde\" width=\"193\" height=\"159\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Planned_Parenthood_Dr_Savita_Ginde-300x247.jpg 300w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Planned_Parenthood_Dr_Savita_Ginde.jpg 535w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 193px) 100vw, 193px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-69620\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dr. Savita Ginde<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Ginde is also very concerned about making sure nothing gets crushed <em>after<\/em> the abortion procedure. Wouldn&#8217;t want to damage those valuable organs (starting around 1:58:45 on the video):<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Ginde: \u2026 We need to get some instruments, designated specifically for you, and make sure they\u2019re the right ones, that <strong>we wouldn\u2019t crush anything, that we,\u00a0because we have some stuff we could use, but I don\u2019t want to crush it<\/strong>. Till we get\u00a0something that will grab but not grasp.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>It seems that Dr. Ginde is saying\u00a0the instruments they currently have in the clinic are designed to &#8220;grasp&#8221; and &#8220;crush&#8221; body parts and not let go. Fear of damage is not a factor &#8211; until the child is dead, of course, and the harvesting of organs must begin. Clearly the organs are seen\u00a0as more valuable than the\u00a0living human fetus.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the video, Dr. Ginde uses the word &#8220;fascinating&#8221; and &#8220;fascination&#8221; multiple times\u00a0to describe the harvesting of fetal organs for use in scientific research. \u00a0She finds it so interesting that she thinks she could have done fetal tissue research in another life. Around 2:38:00, she discusses that\u00a0&#8220;alternative path,&#8221; and one has to wonder &#8211; do others in the abortion industry wish they&#8217;d chosen differently?<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Ginde: That\u2019s bioengineering, they\u2019ll figure it out.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Ginde: <strong>That would be my alternate- what\u2019s that movie when people have\u00a0different lifelines? That would be my alternative path I could be doing.<\/strong> You see\u00a0that movie? (Inaudible) where they have different lives. Anyway, thanks for\u00a0coming.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In a conversation in the hallway, one of Dr. Ginde&#8217;s nurses gets a quick introduction to why the actors, posing as Biomax Procurement Services representatives, are there. The nurse, expressing great interest,\u00a0says some patients have asked about donating fetal tissue\u00a0and she&#8217;s had to turn them down (about 1:42:48):<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Nurse: That is more incentive not that I think [to donate] &#8211; I think a lot of our patients would be open to it. I\u2019ve had patients ask me before, can I donate this? I wish! <strong>Nobody would take it or want it<\/strong><i>.<\/i> It would be an easy thing to incorporate into our flow too, just happen during consent, most of it.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>We&#8217;d just need somebody to &#8220;take it or want it,&#8221; says the nurse.\u00a0We can now count on fetal tissue procurement agencies and researchers to want the remains of what\u00a0no one else did. \u00a0This certainly turns Planned Parenthood&#8217;s old\u00a0&#8220;every child a wanted child&#8221; slogan on its head. Wanted &#8211; but preferably dead, not alive.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-68210\" src=\"https:\/\/www.liveactionnews.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Image5-300x165.jpg\" alt=\"Image5\" width=\"300\" height=\"165\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Image5-300x165.jpg 300w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Image5-700x384.jpg 700w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Image5-672x372.jpg 672w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Image5-1038x570.jpg 1038w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Image5.jpg 1039w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>While Dr. Ginde and her nurse seem oddly casual about their line of work, the new medical assistant, Jess (who reveals she has only been working at PPRM for five days; pictured right) expresses more of a genuine\u00a0excitement about her work. The only problem is, that work happens to involve aborting children and then putting their body\u00a0parts back together in a glass pie dish.<\/p>\n<p>At around\u00a02:08:48, Jess gets ready to take a look at another &#8220;specimen&#8221; &#8211; and hopes that it&#8217;s <em>twins<\/em>:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Jess: So fast, it\u2019s the twelve weeks and everyone wants to know, <strong>is it twins<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Buyer: <strong>You\u2019ve been looking for twins all day.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Nurse: This might be, (inaudible)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>A bit later, around 2:31:23, Jess and Dr. Ginde are picking apart a &#8220;specimen,&#8221; trying to identify body parts. At this point, the viewer may begin\u00a0to feel that this has become more of a macabre game they&#8217;re playing. A game of &#8220;Find the Organs&#8221;:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Ginde: Here\u2019s some stomach, a heart, kidney, and adrenal. I don\u2019t know what\u00a0else is in there.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Jess: Head, arms, I don\u2019t see any legs. Did you see the legs?<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Ginde: I didn&#8217;t\u2019 really look but-<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Buyer: Yea, there it goes. yup, you got all of them right there.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Jess: <strong>Another boy.<\/strong> Should I just put it-<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Ginde: Yea, just put it over here, I\u2019ll wash it out. yea, so you guys staying the\u00a0night or are you leaving?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Jess&#8217;s attitude and enthusiasm can&#8217;t fully be realized without viewing the video. She finds\u00a0great satisfaction upon the discovery of specific tissues, and after a bit, you forget that what you&#8217;re watching is the dissection of a human being who has just been killed by the people in the room.\u00a0\u00a0But Jess&#8217;s tone of voice as she says &#8220;Another boy!&#8221; seems to stun even abortionist Ginde and\u00a0the prospective buyer into silence.<\/p>\n<p>These are human beings they\u2019ve just killed, and while they are very much aware of this, everyone\u00a0is\u00a0busily chatting\u00a0about cars, travel, and\u00a0weather.
