Amid American outrage, the list of corporations and organizations disassociating with Planned Parenthood is growing.<\/p>\n

Just yesterday, The Daily Signal reported<\/a> that Planned Parenthood’s list of corporate donors had been removed from its website, after a clamoring of complaints.<\/p>\n

Coca-Cola, Xerox, and the Ford Motor Co., all insisted that they have no ties to Planned Parenthood and should not have been listed as corporate donors.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Xerox reported<\/a> “that they searched through 20 years of files and found no record of the company ever donating to Planned Parenthood.”<\/p>\n

Now, The Daily Signal is giving news<\/a> of two others who are disassociating with the abortion giant:<\/p>\n

American Express<\/strong>: \u201cAmerican Express last contributed to two Planned Parenthood community projects more than fifteen years ago. One project provided services to teens such as computer workshops, job preparation, mentoring, recreation and counseling. The other supported adult volunteers working with at-risk adolescents in a local school district.\u201d<\/p>\n

The American Cancer Society: <\/b>\u201cThe American Cancer Society does not fund grants to Planned Parenthood affiliates. We have previously funded a very limited number of cancer control grants to Planned Parenthood affiliates<\/a> to implement cancer control programs, such as training clinic staff to screen patients for smoking, providing patients the benefits of quitting smoking, and referring patients to a toll-free smoking cessation helpline. These grants expired several years ago. The American Cancer Society does not fund\u2014nor has it ever funded\u2014abortion or contraceptive counseling.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The companies and organizations who have been named Planned Parenthood’s corporate donors – either on Planned Parenthood’s website or by 2nd Vote – are now claiming no association, breaking ties, attempting to explain that only employee matching grants are involved, or otherwise answering the claim of association with the abortion giant.<\/p>\n
