ADF <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adflegal.org\/detailspages\/case-details\/stormans-v.-wiesman\">notes<\/a> that the board originally sided with the family, but reversed itself in the wake of pressure from Governor Christine Gregoire.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe state allows pharmacies to refer for all kinds of reasons,\u201d Stormans President Kevin Stormans noted. \u201cIn practice, it only bans religiously motivated referrals.
