In a graphic and moving article for LifeSiteNews<\/a>, \u00a0former Planned Parenthood clinic director, Abby Johnson, wrote to Planned Parenthood\u00a0Senior Director of Medical Services Dr. Deborah Nucatola, admitting that she, too, had harvested fetal tissue for profit.<\/p>\n

Dr. Nucatola is the abortionist and medical director of Planned Parenthood who was caught describing the harvesting of aborted babies’ organs while sipping wine at a restaurant with undercover investigators, who were taping her every word.<\/p>\n

Johnson recounts\u00a0her vivid memories surrounding the use of dry ice. She confesses that clinic workers pack the bodies and organs of the mutilated, aborted babies into the dry ice to ship them to research facilities. Johnson describes the trauma of these memories.<\/p>\n

We kept their little bodies cold and preserved by using dry ice. My daughter was really excited to put water on it so she could see the smoke. I stood there and couldn’t get the memories of those\u00a0little bodies out of my mind. My kids were squealing with excitement and I felt like I couldn’t move. I had to make a decision in that moment. I could either let my past consume me, or I could repurpose that memory and use it for good. And that\u2019s what I chose to do.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

In order to use the memory for good, Johnson tells pro-lifers about what it was like to take the bodies of torn apart babies and prepare them for shipment:<\/p>\n

That glass jar would come to me in the POC (products of conception) lab through a \u201cpass through specimen cabinet.\u201d I would take the jar to our sink, dump everything into a huge strainer, rinse out the jar and then rinse the blood out of the strainer. After I had a clean body, I would dump it into the glass baking dish that was sitting on top of an x-ray light box. I would put a little bit of water in the glass dish so that the body parts would float\u2026that made it easier for me to manipulate them.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Dr. Nucatola said that she modified abortion techniques to bring the baby out intact, saying that an intact body was worth more. Johnson verifies this:<\/p>\n

\n

During the season of tissue harvesting, an intact body was gold. An intact fetal body is considered perfection in the land of fetal tissue research. But dismembered body parts were okay, too\u2026and that is usually what we gave them.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The women, of course, had no idea that Planned Parenthood was actually making money off their dead children:<\/p>\n

I would check the patient\u2019s chart to make sure that they had signed the consent for us to donate their baby\u2019s remains. Almost every woman did, because we made it seem like that by donating, they were helping others\u2026altruism during abortion. If she had consented, then I would gather the parts wanted (usually all of them) and place them in a particular container given to us by the research company. At the end of the day, I would pack all of the containers neatly in the box with dry ice and ship them off.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Johnson says she will always remember the sight of those bodies:<\/p>\n

The images of tiny bodies will always be burned in my memory. And in a strange way, I am thankful for that memory as it reminds me what I\u2019m fighting for.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Johnson then says that the tone of the video, which Planned Parenthood president Cecile Richards apologized for in a video defending Planned Parenthood<\/a>, was actually commonly used among Planned Parenthood clinic workers. The casual way Nucatola described crushing fetal body parts and pulling out organs was similar to the way Johnson and her colleagues had discussed their grisly work themselves, over margaritas.<\/p>\n

As I watched you on the video, I could almost see myself. After a grueling abortion day, we would all go out for margaritas and Mexican food. We would talk about the day and specific abortion cases. It wasn\u2019t gross to us. We honestly didn\u2019t think anything about it. We would plainly talk about harvesting fetal parts as if we were talking about harvesting a field of corn. That was our normal\u2026 and we were proud to live in it.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Johnson ends her article by appealing to Nucatola – and others like her – encouraging her to leave behind the abortion industry and repent of killing babies. She tells Nucatola:<\/p>\n

[N]o one involved in our organization,\u00a0And Then There Were None<\/em><\/a>, sees you as an evil person. We care about you. We want you to find peace. We want you to find true happiness. We know that won\u2019t happen as long as you are involved in Planned Parenthood. We believe that your life matters. We believe that your life holds infinite value and worth. You matter to us.<\/p>\n

As hard as I fight to save unborn babies, I fight just as hard to save people like you from the grips of the abortion industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Johnson\u2019s unconditional compassion for Nucatola may be difficult for pro-lifers to emulate and understand, but reaching out to clinic workers and abortionists is important.<\/p>\n

Johnson\u2019s article shows that the harvesting of pieces of aborted babies is generally accepted at Planned Parenthood. Even though the women are not aware that Planned Parenthood charges for the service, and may well think they are doing a good thing, the abortion giant regards the babies as nothing more than a way to make money, whether by aborting them or selling them.<\/p>\n
