The Planned Parenthood senior staffer notes how abortion procedures are modified to ensure that requested body parts can be collected. She says:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u201cWe\u2019ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I\u2019m not gonna crush that part, I\u2019m gonna basically crush below, I\u2019m gonna crush above, and I\u2019m gonna see if I can get it all intact.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Nucatola also describes how Planned Parenthood abortionists move the preborn child into a breech delivery position so that the body can be preserved. This account\u00a0is an almost exact medical description of partial-birth abortions which are illegal in the United States. In the video, Nucatola describes the procedure:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"tr_bq\"><p>&#8220;I\u2019d say a lot of people want liver. And for that reason, most providers will do this case under ultrasound guidance, so they\u2019ll know where they\u2019re putting their forceps.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"tr_bq\"><p>&#8220;The kind of rate-limiting step of the procedure is calvarium. Calvarium\u2014the head\u2014is basically the biggest part. &#8230;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"tr_bq\"><p>&#8220;We\u2019ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I\u2019m not gonna crush that part, I\u2019m gonna basically crush below, I\u2019m gonna crush above, and I\u2019m gonna see if I can get it all intact. And with the calvarium, in general, some people will actually try to change the presentation so that it\u2019s not vertex. &#8230;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"tr_bq\"><p>&#8220;So if you do it starting from the breech presentation, there\u2019s dilation that happens as the case goes on, and often, the last step, you can evacuate an intact calvarium at the end.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div id=\"attachment_66598\" style=\"width: 535px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-66598\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-66598 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.liveactionnews.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/PBA4.jpg\" alt=\"PBA4\" width=\"525\" height=\"375\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/PBA4.jpg 525w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/PBA4-300x214.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 525px) 100vw, 525px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-66598\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Medial diagram of a partial-birth abortion procedure where the child is delivered breech, except for the head.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Planned Parenthood, though, appears to be concerned internally about the legality of their own behavior, as Nucatola notes how, \u201cAt the national office, we have a Litigation and Law Department which just really doesn\u2019t want us to be the middle people for this issue right now.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/uscode\/text\/42\/289g-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">U.S. federal law<\/a> states that, &#8220;It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly acquire, receive, or otherwise transfer any human fetal tissue for valuable consideration if the transfer affects interstate commerce.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Live Action President Lila Rose has been active for years in <a href=\"http:\/\/plannedparenthoodexposed.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">exposing wrongdoing at Planned Parenthood<\/a> through undercover investigations. She responded to the disturbing investigative video, saying:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">This investigation by the Center for Medical Progress reveals the unimaginable horror that is Planned Parenthood. The exploitation of human life, the cover-up, and the black market profiteering by America&#8217;s largest abortion chain is not only egregious and heartbreaking, but exposes how the abortion giant is corrupt to the core \u2014 from the CEO, Cecile Richards, down to the local clinic.\u00a0As Live Action has investigated through the years, Planned Parenthood&#8217;s barbaric practices reveal their contempt for rule of law and human life. This latest expose of Planned Parenthood&#8217;s trafficking of baby parts for profit should be the final nail in the coffin for the abortion giant.
