{"id":66195,"date":"2015-07-10T14:21:28","date_gmt":"2015-07-10T18:21:28","guid":{"rendered":"\/news\/?p=66195"},"modified":"2015-07-10T15:00:16","modified_gmt":"2015-07-10T19:00:16","slug":"best-baby-announcement-yet-children-destiny","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/best-baby-announcement-yet-children-destiny\/","title":{"rendered":"Best baby announcement yet: &#8216;These children have a destiny&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><p>In perhaps my favorite baby announcement to date, two brothers and their wives let the entire family and their friends (and the world) know that they\u2019re \u201chaving two more Murrays.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.today.com\/parents\/shut-dance-me-used-awesome-pregnancy-announcement-t31086?cid=sm_fbn\">The video<\/a>, which is a parody of the popular and fun song \u201cShut Up and Dance\u201d was created by videographer Jon Murray, his wife Danielle, Jon\u2019s brother Aaron, and his wife Liz.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/TLct0GzVlBQ\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Jon and Danielle have three young daughters and Aaron and Liz have one little girl. Their lyrics are pure joy and a true reflection of how people often respond to a couple\u2019s announcement that they\u2019re having another child.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe don\u2019t get much sleep at night\/Kids are hard work but we\u2019ll be alright\/So what\u2019s adding one more little tike\/We were bound to have another, bound to have another\/ We know your thoughts\/Yes, we know how it happens\/We just like having kids,\u201d sing Jon and Danielle.<\/p>\n<p>The Murrays are adorable and it\u2019s obvious they all love being parents \u2013 no matter the difficulties, stresses, or sleepless nights. But my favorite lyrics are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cNo, we can\u2019t go back.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cThis child has a destiny.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cThese children have a destiny.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The babies aren\u2019t due until December and January, but the parents already know that their children\u2019s lives have meaning and purpose. How great is that? And they admit, they can\u2019t go back.
