Burwell<\/em> case, the court\u2019s order declares that \u201crespondents are enjoined from enforcing against the applicants the challenged provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and related regulations pending final disposition of their petition for certiorari.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Justice Samuel Alito <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nationallawjournal.com\/id=1202723683356\/Religious-Nonprofits-Win-Relief-From-Alito-Over-Contraception-Mandate?slreturn=20150529184714\">issued a similar order in April<\/a> over the case, which concerns whether the Obama Administration\u2019s latest \u201creligious accommodation\u201d sufficiently protects nonprofit organizations\u2019 religious liberty.
