Furthermore, zoning regulations for the building did\u00a0not apply to surgery.<\/p>\n<p>The building owners did not want Planned Parenthood performing surgical abortions there, but\u00a0unsurprisingly, Planned Parenthood fought to get\u00a0around\u00a0the law.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Fortunately, this is not the end of the story. Planned Parenthood&#8217;s deception finally <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lifenews.com\/2015\/05\/25\/court-stops-planned-parenthood-from-doing-abortions-down-the-street-from-disney-world\/\">caught up with<\/a> the organization. Since a Florida Court of Appeals <a href=\"http:\/\/abortiondocs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/5D14-2920.op_1.pdf\">ruled against<\/a> the abortion facility, the original injunction is allowed to take effect. Unfortunately, this decision has no impact\u00a0on medication abortions at this location, but the outcome of the ruling is still worth celebrating.<\/p>\n<p>The case decision is a victory for life, as well as for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lifenews.com\/2014\/05\/08\/70-doctors-join-pro-lifers-to-stop-new-planned-parenthood-abortion-biz-near-disney-world\/\">70 doctors <\/a>who promoted\u00a0a full page letter\u00a0in the Osceola News Gazette against the facility.<\/p>\n<p>It is not just the location of this abortion facility that certainly adds to the disgust, and that&#8217;s not why abortionists\u00a0were stopped from performing surgical abortions. The Florida Court of Appeals saw that Planned Parenthood was ignoring the laws of the land.<\/p>\n<p>Planned Parenthood not only kills preborn\u00a0babies, but it purposefully cut corners, misled, and deceived. This is hardly shocking.
