Francine Simmons got pregnant when she was\u00a014 years old, and at 15, she gave birth to a baby girl. Simmons\u00a0was placed into a group home, and her daughter, whom she never named, was placed into a loving adoptive family.\u00a0Although Simmons\u00a0never saw her daughter, she had a special name for her in her heart.<\/p>\n

Fast forward 38 years. Simmon’s daughter, La-Sonya Mitchell-Clark, is living in Youngstown, Ohio, and works\u00a0at a teleservices firm called InfoCision.<\/p>\n

Ever since Mitchell-Clark\u00a0learned that she was adopted, she wanted to know who her biological mother was. The search to find her mother became possible when the Ohio Department of Health released birth records for individuals\u00a0born between the years of 1964\u00a0through\u00a01996.<\/p>\n

Mitchell-Clark\u00a0contacted the Ohio Department\u00a0of Health and received her birth record in the mail, which\u00a0revealed her mother’s name. Mitchell-Clark searched her mother on\u00a0Facebook and discovered what had to be the surprise of her life:\u00a0her biological mother worked at the same company she did.<\/p>\n
