In an article in <\/a>Florida Today<\/a>,<\/em>\u00a0abortionist\u00a0Patricia Baird-Windle had some things to say about her work:<\/p>\n

I now consider abortion to be a major blessing, and to be a sacrament\u00a0\u00a0in the hands of women\u2026.At the very crucible of the sacrament of abortion\u00a0work is the sentence in a letter written to me by a woman when I retired, and that is some women have an abortion out of love for the baby.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

She identifies herself as \u201cpro-abortion.\u201d<\/p>\n

So what exactly is this “sacrament” that is done out of “love”?<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

A while ago I interviewed Catherine Anthony Adair<\/a>, a former clinic worker at Planned Parenthood. She describes the abortions she witnessed:<\/p>\n

I was a medical assistant in the room for hundreds of abortions. I witnessed the baby being suctioned out of the uterus and watched blood and tissue work it\u2019s way through the tube into a metal bowl. The baby was dismembered during the process. The nurse would account for the baby parts and put it into a baggy, which I then put in a box with the other aborted babies. We then had to count them at the end of the day to ensure we had all of them to go to the lab.<\/p>\n

When I saw a second trimester abortion, I saw dismembered arms and legs, with perfect feet and hands.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Only someone with a twisted view of reality could claim that dismembering a baby is an act of love, or that violently killing a human being is a holy act or sacrament.<\/p>\n

One wonders if this abortionist and the woman whose letter she quotes may be lying to themselves, knowing the truth deep down but being unable to face it. Do they have to twist reality in order to live with themselves, or is their perspective really that skewed?<\/p>\n

Abortionist Patricia Baird-Windle performed over 65,000 abortions in her career before retiring in 1999.<\/p>\n
