The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, William and Catherine, are expecting their second child following the birth of Prince George last April.<\/p>\n<p>According to the royal family, Catherine is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2012\/12\/04\/world\/europe\/uk-royal-pregnancy\/\">again suffering<\/a> from severe early pregnancy symptoms with\u00a0a condition called <em>hyperemesis gravidarum<\/em>. She is receiving treatment for the condition, as she did with her first pregnancy.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>British Prime Minister David Cameron was quick to congratulate the couple on the news on Twitter:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" lang=\"en\"><p>Many congratulations to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
