Planned Parenthood has repeatedly shown that they believe they are above the law, don’t have to follow rules, and can generally do whatever they want with no repercussions. But in Wisconsin, they’re actually getting called out for it<\/a>.<\/p>\n

WisconsinEye \u2014 the public affairs televison channel and website that essentially serves as Wisconsin\u2019s own C-SPAN for the state Legislature \u2014 issued a statement Thursday slamming Planned Parenthood, saying the abortion rights group violated its user agreement with the network by featuring video footage it purchased from WisEye in an attack advertisement targeting Senate President Mike Ellis, R-Neenah.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The ad shows Ellis angrily pounding his gavel and telling Democrats to sit down during a heated Senate floor debate over a bill requiring doctors who provide abortions to have hospital admitting privileges. The bill passed, but was blocked by a federal judge over concerns that the law may be unconstitutional.<\/p>\n

WisEye\u2019s user agreement explicitly prohibits political or commercial use of its content, such as if it is \u201cdisseminated in any way that expressly advocates the election, defeat, recall or retention of a clearly identified candidate or a particular vote at a referendum.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Planned Parenthood did then remove the footage from their ad…only to purchase the exact same footage<\/em> from a different source.<\/p>\n

\u201cRemoval of the video elements created from the purchased video, only to be replaced by the same WisconsinEye coverage obtained from another source, magnifies Planned Parenthood\u2019s disregard for the user agreement and the spirit of WisconsinEye\u2019s mission to foster quality dialogue,\u201d WisEye board chair Margaret Farrow said in a statement. \u201cThis is a blatant disregard for the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing embodied in the user agreement.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

It is almost hard to believe that they could be so brazen as to sign an agreement…and then immediately turn around and completely disregard it. But then, lying is part of the Planned Parenthood M.O., as is thinking they’re above the law. Breaking rules? Just a normal day’s work. After all, they lied about providing mammograms<\/a>, lied to women by giving them false medical information<\/a>, and were found to cover up child sex-trafficking<\/a> and statutory rape<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Basically, we are shown time and time again that there is no rule that Planned Parenthood won’t break, no low they won’t sink to, to promote abortion and enjoy the lucre it brings in.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
