Planned Parenthood South Atlantic<\/em><\/a>, which gave states the authority to redirect taxpayer funds away from organizations that commit abortions, like Planned Parenthood.<\/p>\n<p><center><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/kXHbZOOlak8?si=P0ecSHIOi8uZJQmo\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/center>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/oklahoma.gov\/governor\/newsroom\/newsroom\/2025\/governor-stitt-issues-sweeping-order-directing-agencies-to-enfor.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">press release<\/a> from the governor&#8217;s office, the executive order requires the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) to do the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><em>Conduct a full review and revision of provider credentialing standards to ensure all participants align with Oklahoma&#8217;s pro-life public policy.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Terminate and refuse to renew any SoonerCare contracts with entities that perform, refer to, or are affiliated with abortion services.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Require all SoonerCare providers to sign a statement attesting whether they or anyone they\u2019re connected to are involved in abortion-related activities.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Implement new rules and enforcement mechanisms to ensure ongoing compliance<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8220;The order also prohibits all state agencies from providing grants, contracts, or funding of any kind to abortion-affiliated providers directly or indirectly.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOklahoma is a pro-life state, and our policies should reflect that at every level of our government,\u201d Gov. Stitt said. \u201cWe won\u2019t allow tax dollars to indirectly subsidize and flow into the abortion industry under the guise of women\u2019s health.
