I am a board-certified OB\/GYN. That\u2019s not just a credential; it\u2019s a reality I\u2019ve lived for 25 years in clinical practice. I\u2019ve spent my career advocating for women\u2019s health, researching ways to improve outcomes, and treating thousands of patients. I love what I do. <\/span><\/p>\n

Which is exactly why I refuse to stay silent when basic, irrefutable biological truths are under attack.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recently, I shared a straightforward statement on social media: <\/span>\u201cOnly females can become pregnant.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

That\u2019s it. No political slogan, no commentary, just a biological fact. In any other time in human history, this would be considered common sense\u2014Reproductive Biology 101. But today, stating the obvious is seen as radical.<\/span><\/p>\n

The backlash was immediate and absurd. I was called insensitive, biased, even\u00a0<\/span>misogynistic<\/span><\/i>. Yes, you read that right\u2014apparently, it\u2019s now\u00a0<\/span>misogynistic<\/span><\/i>\u00a0to say that\u00a0<\/span>women<\/span><\/i>\u00a0are the ones who get pregnant.<\/span><\/p>\n

Let\u2019s call this what it is:\u00a0<\/span>insanity.<\/b><\/p>\n

We\u2019ve reached a dangerous point in our culture when scientific truth is treated as hate speech. If stating that only females can become pregnant is controversial, we\u2019re not just dealing with differing opinion, we\u2019re dealing with a wholesale rejection of reality.<\/span><\/p>\n

And here\u2019s the irony: I deliberately used the word \u201cfemale\u201d in my post, to highlight the distinction between\u00a0<\/span>biological sex <\/span><\/i>and\u00a0<\/span>gender identity<\/span><\/i>. <\/span><\/p>\n

Predictably, the outrage confirmed that far too many people no longer understand that difference, or worse, don\u2019t care.<\/span><\/p>\n

We now live in a society where biological fact is subordinate to ideological fiction. Gender identity is promoted as fluid and limitless, while sex \u2014 a measurable, immutable reality \u2014\u00a0is dismissed as offensive. It\u2019s madness.<\/span><\/p>\n

Even respected medical organizations like the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (<\/span>ACOG<\/span><\/a>) and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (<\/span>ASRM<\/span><\/a>) have caved. In their eagerness to appear inclusive, they\u2019ve abandoned precise medical language and endorsed vague, <\/span>gender-neutral terms<\/span><\/a> that blur the lines of science.<\/span><\/p>\n

That\u2019s not just unhelpful, it\u2019s dangerous.<\/span><\/p>\n

When medical professionals refuse to acknowledge basic truths, like the fact that pregnancy is a female biological function, women lose. Science loses. Healthcare loses.<\/span><\/p>\n

Let\u2019s be clear: <\/span><\/p>\n
