He is calling for her name to be publicly revealed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>The Details:<\/h2>\n<p>Earlier this year, a 32-year-old woman and mother of four born children, filed a <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/illinois-abortionist-sued-half-remains-punctured-uterus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lawsuit<\/a> against Dr. Keith Reisinger-Kindle, an abortionist who <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/out-state-abortion-travel-doubled-roe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">founded<\/a> Equity Clinic to train &#8220;the next generation of abortion providers.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/secularprolife.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/2025LA000054-Reisinger-Kindle-Complaint.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lawsuit<\/a> alleges that Reisinger-Kindle noted that all of the body parts were removed from the woman&#8217;s body during a second trimester D&amp;E abortion on April 1-2, 2023, but based on the findings of hospital doctors, there was no way this was true. The woman ultimately needed surgery, during which time doctors discovered half of her preborn child&#8217;s body still inside of her. See what a D&amp;E involves in the video below:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/eR1Ut4BPbOw?si=UG4T30FgCoiMQHAS\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit accuses Reisinger-Kindle of causing a perforation of the uterus, failing to recognize that a perforation of the uterus had occurred, failing to adequately examine the fetal parts obtained during the abortion, failing to provide adequate post-abortion care, and acting careless and negligent.<\/p>\n<p>He was reprimanded and fined $5,000 by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. The lawsuit is ongoing, and Reisinger-Kindle wants the woman to be <strong>publicly named<\/strong> despite the trauma she has endured.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;When a plaintiff seeks to publicly challenge reproductive healthcare providers in court \u2014 especially in a matter of statewide media interest \u2014 transparency in the proceedings is paramount. Having already leveraged multiple high-profile media outlets to elevate her narrative and target named providers, Plaintiff should not now be permitted to evade the transparency and accountability that open litigation requires,&#8221; his motion states.<\/p>\n<p>Such a request, if granted, could cause the victim to abandon her lawsuit if she wishes to maintain her anonymity.<\/p>\n<h2>The Backstory:<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em><strong>Warning:<\/strong> The following contains graphic information and imagery.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>According to Reisinger-Kindle&#8217;s report, &#8220;products of conception were visibly inspected and confirmed to be complete,&#8221; meaning all of the baby&#8217;s body parts were accounted for outside of the womb and the woman&#8217;s uterus was empty following the abortion.<\/p>\n<p>However, she had ongoing cramping. When she called the facility again, she was reportedly told to take Tylenol.<\/p>\n<p>She called again a few hours later to say that &#8220;her bottom has a lot of pressure and it is hard to breathe,&#8221; and she alleges that Reisinger-Kindle told her to take a laxative.<\/p>\n<p>On April 4, she called again, saying she had taken the laxative, but abdominal cramping had increased. This time, she was allegedly told to take an enema and go to an urgent care or ER.<\/p>\n<p>Later that day, she went to the ER at Community Hospital South, where doctors found parts of her baby in her pelvis, including pieces of skull adhered to her intestines. Her uterus had been perforated; doctors discovered a quarter-sized hole in it.<\/p>\n<p>An expert witness for the case, an OB-GYN with 30 years of experience with first and second trimester abortions, stated:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>The patient was found to have half of a deceased pre-born human being in the right pelvis of the patient with evidence of severe and intentional trauma. The baby&#8217;s body was transected at the pelvis with no legs or feet present. Stumps of both femurs extended from the soft tissue of the torso. The upper extremities were missing from elbow distally on both sides. The skull was crushed and no brain was present.
