Riley Moore is requesting AG Bondi and the Department of Justice (DOJ) investigate, while also accusing the Biden DOJ of hiding evidence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>The Details:<\/h2>\n<p>During a recent hearing, Rep. Riley Moore (R-W.Va.) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/CatholicVote\/status\/1937258472648901110\">questioned<\/a> AG Bondi about The Five (also known as the D.C. Five), pointing out how the Biden administration not only refused to investigate, but also seemingly worked to cover up evidence of any potential crimes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Police recovered the remains of five unborn children, apparently from a D.C. abortion mill, which appeared to be the victims \u2014 these five remains that were found \u2014 victims of a brutal partial-birth abortion. As you know, Congress passed a bipartisan law outlining, outlawing this gruesome practice in the early 2000s,&#8221; Moore said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Public reporting suggests that President Biden&#8217;s DOJ directed the D.C. Chief Medical Examiner to destroy the remains of the children without performing an autopsy, which the CME appears not to have done yet,&#8221; he added. &#8220;General Bondi, will you commit to working with me and this committee to conduct a full and fair investigation into the deaths of these children to ensure justice is served for the D.C. Five?&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Rep. Riley M. So I cannot discuss that in this forum,&#8221; she stated. &#8220;But on a collateral matter, the woman who retrieved those five fetuses was convicted and she was pardoned by President Trump. And they were basically unborn babies is what is alleged&#8230;\u00a0but I can&#8217;t discuss it any further.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Last month, pro-life leaders, including Live Action founder and president Lila Rose, <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/pro-life-groups-doj-investigate-five-deaths\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">asked<\/a> Jeanine Pirro, the interim District Attorney for Washington, D.C., to investigate as well. Reps. Chip Roy and Andy Biggs also <a href=\"https:\/\/roy.house.gov\/media\/press-releases\/reps-roy-biggs-request-fbi-investigate-biden-administrations-coverup-later\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">asked for the FBI<\/a> to conduct an investigation into the babies&#8217; deaths.<\/p>\n<h2>The Backstory:<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em><strong>Warning: Images of abortion victims below.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In 2022, Lauren Handy and Terrisa Bukovinac, activists with Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising (PAAU), were outside the Washington Surgi-Clinic to engage in pro-life advocacy. At that time, a Curtis Bay Medical Waste Services truck was parked outside the abortion facility to pick up boxes of medical waste from the business. The driver was picking up at least two large boxes with biohazard symbols on them. The women and truck driver discussed how the contents were likely the remains of aborted babies.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter he confirmed the boxes were from Washington [Surgi-Center], I asked him, \u2018Would you get in trouble if we took one of these boxes?\u2019\u201d Bukovinac explained. \u201cAnd he asked, \u2018What would you do with them if you took one?\u2019 Lauren said we would give them a proper burial and a funeral.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The driver then gave them permission to take the box. Later, with a Catholic deacon present, they opened the box.<\/p>\n<p>Inside was a red bag filled mainly with the remains of first-trimester aborted babies. Babies Christopher X and Harriett were found in a medical waste bin outside of a D.C. abortion business.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>One of the babies, whom activists later named \u201cHarriet,\u201d had an incision on the back of her neck, which experts examining the photos said could indicate death by a federally illegal D&amp;X (&#8216;partial-birth) abortion. Photo couresty of Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Experts have <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/infant-bodies-infanticide-attempted-abortions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stated<\/a> that the five babies were likely old enough to survive outside of the womb. There are no abortion limits in D.C.<\/p>\n<p>The baby whom activists named Christopher X did not appear to have any visible wounds, raising the question of whether or not he was a possible victim of infanticide.
