In the 911 call, the Planned Parenthood staffer did not have information to give to the dispatcher, preventing paramedics from arriving to the scene fully informed about her condition.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not known if the woman had a surgical or chemical abortion, as both can cause hemorrhage. The abortionist on duty, however, was allegedly Jeanne Corwin; she is <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/dangerous-ohio-abortion-facility-injures-another-woman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">suspected<\/a> of being responsible for other botched abortions at the facility.<\/p>\n<p><center><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"rumble\" src=\"https:\/\/rumble.com\/embed\/v6suc5x\/?pub=4\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/center>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>The History:<\/h2>\n<p>The abortion facility, originally known as the Women&#8217;s Med Center of Dayton, was owned by Martin Haskell, inventor of the dilation and extraction (D&amp;X), or <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/partial-birth-abortion-was-it-really-rare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8216;partial-birth&#8217; abortion<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In this <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/shocking-video-abortionists-eyeball-just-fell-down-into-my-lap\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">now federally-banned<\/a> procedure, the baby is fully delivered breech, or feet first, except for her head, which is left inside the vaginal canal. The abortionist then makes an incision in the base of the baby\u2019s neck, inserts a suction cannula, and suctions out the baby\u2019s brain before delivering the rest of her body.<\/p>\n<p>This facility has a <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/ohio-abortion-business-dangerous-history-injures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">long history<\/a> of <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/dangerous-ohio-abortion-facility-injures-another-woman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">injuring women<\/a>. In 2014, the Ohio Department of Health <a href=\"https:\/\/r.search.yahoo.com\/_ylt=AwrJ6SSVSxNgGYEAFVZXNyoA;_ylu=Y29sbwNiZjEEcG9zAzQEdnRpZAMEc2VjA3Ny\/RV=2\/RE=1611906069\/RO=10\/RU=https%3a%2f%2fwww.lifenews.com%2f2019%2f08%2f21%2fohio-court-decision-may-allow-health-department-to-close-abortion-biz-that-kills-3000-babies-a-year%2f\/RK=2\/RS=vg71ctpn3KrsYPDvdD6WW0y4cm4-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">revoked<\/a> the facility&#8217;s license for failing to meet state health and safety standards. The facility appealed this ruling, and was operating without a license as the case made its way through the court system.
