Colorado\u00a0<\/em>allowed the city to establish a buffer zone.<\/p>\n<h2>The Details:<\/h2>\n<p>On June 16, the Thomas More Society issued a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thomasmoresociety.org\/news\/thomas-more-society-challenges-san-diegos-double-standard-on-free-speech\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">press release<\/a> announcing that Roger Lopez is now appealing the district judge&#8217;s ruling to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
