Kudos for the rest of your life Stephanie.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Case told Australia&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abc.net.au\/news\/2025-05-22\/stephanie-case-wins-snowdonia-ultramarathon-breastfeeding-baby\/105322238\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ABC News<\/a> that her partner, John Roberts, brought Pepper to her various refueling aid stations so she could feed Pepper while she rested.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;While it broke my heart to leave little Pepper at the aid stations, I wanted to show her \u2014 both of us \u2014 how amazing mom runners can be,&#8221; she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abc.net.au\/news\/2025-05-22\/stephanie-case-wins-snowdonia-ultramarathon-breastfeeding-baby\/105322238\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Case called her victory a &#8220;surprise,&#8221; especially considering she was six months postpartum and hadn&#8217;t raced in three years. Initially, she intended the race to be just a &#8220;warmup.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy goals were to enjoy myself and make sure Pepper was fed at aid stations,&#8221; she wrote on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DJ4Gzv4CUID\/?img_index=3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instagram<\/a>. &#8220;As I no longer have a UTMB index, I started in the last wave, 30 min after the leaders. Sure, I had hundreds of runners in front of me, but I could go at my own pace in blissful ignorance of my placing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>READ: <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/chose-life-teen-pregnancy-achieved-dreams\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>I chose life despite a teen pregnancy, and achieved my dreams of career and family<\/em><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Case told other mothers to never \u201cbe afraid to keep setting big goals for yourself.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m not extraordinary,\u201d she said. \u201cI had a baby, I ran a race. It should be a totally normal thing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, she is mindful that <em>most<\/em> moms won&#8217;t be ready to run such significant races at only six months postpartum, and she doesn&#8217;t want her story to be discouraging.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI worry that stories like mine, while inspiring to some, can be frustrating or even discouraging to others,\u201d she <a href=\"https:\/\/run.outsideonline.com\/trail\/stephanie-case-wins-ultra-trail-snowdonia-while-breastfeeding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told<\/a> Run Outside Online. \u201cThey can paint a rosy picture and set unrealistic expectations\u2014like new moms should be able to bounce back and win 100Ks.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf we were more supportive of moms in running in all kinds of ways\u2014whether that means resting, returning to sport, or anything in between\u2014we\u2019d see more compassion and less judgment,\u201d she said. \u201cThere\u2019s so much scrutiny over how moms spend their time, and not enough space for big adventures.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>THE BOTTOM LINE:<\/h3>\n<p>While the abortion industry <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/vox-article-claims-women-are-incapable-of-progress-career-success-without-abortion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">claims<\/a> motherhood makes it impossible for women to accomplish goals, arguing that babies and children are obstacles to success, it&#8217;s a lie that scares women into abortion.<\/p>\n<p>True success for women does not require that they deny their biology or fertility; on the contrary, it should be honored.
