Recently, I had the opportunity to interview a few women at Times Square in New York City. It was an amazing experience sharing the real story behind how Planned Parenthood started and what their agenda has always been for black and brown communities.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I spoke to a few women who were pro-choice and had never heard about the founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger. They did not know about her eugenicist goal to, in her own words, \u201c<\/span>exterminate the Negro population<\/a>.\u201d These women only knew a partial truth about Planned Parenthood and believed that Planned Parenthood was on their side as African American women \u2014 providing their community low cost, needed services.<\/span><\/p>\n

When they heard about the fact that not only was Planned Parenthood a eugenicist-based organization, but was no longer offering services they promote at the same rates, the truth behind this organization became clear.<\/span><\/p>\n
