Recipients of federal taxpayer dollars are required to report child sexual abuse, protect patient privacy, and refrain from discriminating based on race and other characteristics \u2014 yet Planned Parenthood, which received<\/a> $700M in government dollars last year alone, has repeatedly failed<\/a> to comply.<\/p>\n

Documented cases of abuse<\/a>,\u00a0scandal<\/a>,\u00a0fraud<\/a>, racism<\/a>, pregnancy discrimination<\/a>, breaches of privacy<\/a>, and Medicaid fraud<\/a> have piled up<\/a> against\u00a0Planned Parenthood \u2014 all of which violate federal requirements for obtaining taxpayer funding. The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) oversees multiple agencies<\/a> within the federal government including the Title X<\/a> federal family planning<\/a> program, administered<\/a> through the Office of Population Affairs (OPA)<\/a> and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)<\/a>, where the majority<\/a> of Planned Parenthood’s taxpayer funding originates.<\/p>\n
