With so many of Planned Parenthood’s legitimate health care services plummeting over the past decade while its abortions and taxpayer funding have increased, many are asking, “Why are taxpayers still funding this abortion corporation?”<\/p>\n

Planned Parenthood’s latest annual report from 2023-24 reveals<\/a> record-breaking abortions \u2014 402,230<\/strong>\u00a0in a single year, <\/strong>while it received nearly $800 million<\/strong> taxpayer dollars. That equates to the deaths of 1,102\u00a0preborn babies every day<\/strong>, nearly\u00a046 every hour<\/strong>, and\u00a0one every 78 seconds <\/strong>in 2023-24\u00a0\u2014 from Planned Parenthood alone, which commits the lion’s share \u2014 40%<\/strong> \u2014 of all abortions in the U.S. as a single entity.<\/p>\n

The funding funneled to Planned Parenthood has grown by 29.4% over the past decade<\/a>, while so many of its services have dropped, including total services (down 16%), client numbers (down by 30%), number of facilities (down by 25%), prenatal care (down 68%), contraceptive services (down 40%), cancer screenings (down 59%), non-mammogram related breast care (down 62%), Pap tests (down 60%), and adoption referrals (down 22%). And yet, it has nearly doubled its abortion numbers.<\/p>\n

Taxpayers appear to be paying more and more to Planned Parenthood, while the corporation offers fewer and fewer actual health care services. In a Live Action man-on-the-street interview, people were asked their thoughts on this:<\/p>\n
