{"id":326902,"date":"2025-02-27T14:04:05","date_gmt":"2025-02-27T20:04:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/news\/?p=326902"},"modified":"2025-03-01T00:22:49","modified_gmt":"2025-03-01T06:22:49","slug":"illinois-planned-parenthood-injures-two-women","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/illinois-planned-parenthood-injures-two-women\/","title":{"rendered":"Dangerous Illinois Planned Parenthood business sends two women to the hospital"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Planned Parenthood in Aurora, Illinois, has injured two women already this year, according to 911 records obtained by <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.operationrescue.org\/archives\/as-two-more-women-land-in-the-er-operation-rescue-petitions-trump-to-investigate-abortion-injuries\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Operation Rescue<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planned Parenthood\u2019s Aurora Health Center, which commits dangerous late abortions through 22 weeks of pregnancy, is known to have botched women\u2019s abortions and sent women to the emergency room on multiple occasions since the facility\u2019s opening in 2012, as<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/?s=planned+parenthood+aurora\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Live Action News<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and Operation Rescue have documented.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 911 calls made by staff at the facility this year reveal that the women receiving \u201cservices\u201d at the facility were potentially severely injured.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This first emergency took place on January 18, 2025. As heard in the 911 audio, a Planned Parenthood staffer called 911 and requested an ambulance for a woman experiencing \u201cheavy bleeding\u201d following a procedure [likely an abortion].\u00a0 According to Operation Rescue, which obtained the records and incident reports from Pro-Life Action League, the woman was 25 years old.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>READ: <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/6-facts-nyt-planned-parenthood-crisis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>6 key facts about the revealing New York Times expos\u00e9 on Planned Parenthood\u2019s \u2018crisis\u2019<\/em><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The second emergency occurred on February 8, 2025 \u2014 just three weeks later. The Planned Parenthood staffer making the call casually asked for emergency transfer for a patient and wasn\u2019t prepared to provide basic patient information right away.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the dispatcher initially requested patient information, the staffer responded, \u201cUh\u2026I believe they give it to the person when they come.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/uOxRD4u5n78?si=UGxrjKEQxI_yd3a7\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The dispatcher began questioning the staffer, and the staffer carelessly said that the problem with the woman was \u201cjust bleeding.\u201d The staffer had to put down the phone and step away\u00a0 just to find out the patient\u2019s age, which was 36. The fact that the Planned Parenthood staffer was casual and vague when discussing the patient\u2019s possibly critical condition is concerning. The woman could have been hemorrhaging in a way that could have become fatal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As Troy Newman, president of Operation Rescue, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.operationrescue.org\/archives\/as-two-more-women-land-in-the-er-operation-rescue-petitions-trump-to-investigate-abortion-injuries\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pointed out,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These 911 calls reveal Planned Parenthood\u2019s complete unpreparedness to deal with the life-threatening abortion injuries their shoddy abortionists inflict. Uncontrolled bleeding can be an indicator of all sorts of complications, but very often a perforated uterus. With that kind of injury, a woman could easily bleed to death in a short amount of time.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large
