Just weeks after being pardoned by President Trump for convictions of violating the Freedom of Access to Clinics (FACE) Act for pro-life rescue work, Father Fidelis Moscinski, Will Goodman, Father Dave Nix, and an anonymous fourth pro-lifer are preparing for another trial regarding their pro-life activism.<\/p>\n

Father Nix wrote<\/a> on social media on Wednesday, “Yesterday, I found out I am finally going to trial for the New Jersey peaceful pro-life rescue and arrest in 2019. Our trial is on 14 Mar 25, the feast of Our Lady Of Sorrows. Trial will be with Fr. Fidelis and Will. Maximum sentence should be 30 days in jail, but join us in praying for zero.”<\/p>\n

He added<\/a>, “The ironic thing is that we would not be going to this old state-trial for a while longer if Fr. Fidelis and Will Goodman had not just been pardoned by Trump at the federal level for their pro-life work. (That pardon got Will out of prison, but Fr. Fidelis was already out of prison.) Still, I’d rather get it over with since at some point we would have to have faced the state’s injustice for saving lives in a country where child-slaughter is permitted.”<\/p>\n
