Were the &#8216;experts&#8217; associated with pro-abortion organizations or even possibly <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/fda-hiding-names-experts-reviewed-abortion-pill\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">abortionists?<\/a> Was the data <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/media-blame-pro-life-abortion-pill-er\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">properly analyzed<\/a>, or did bias in favor of abortion take precedence over actual safety? Wade<\/em> attorney to newly-elected President Bill Clinton.<\/li>\n<li>Documentation surrounding the abortion pill&#8217;s original approval process is so difficult to obtain that not even a Federal Appeals Court succeeded \u2014 with attorneys unable to give a date as to when (or if) that documentation would be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>How the abortion pill came to the U.S.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mifeprex (<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/mifepristone-miscarriage-cushing-syndrome\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mifepristone 200mg)<\/a> was\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/fda-abortion-pill-timeline-events\/\">approved<\/a> by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/drugs\/postmarket-drug-safety-information-patients-and-providers\/questions-and-answers-mifepristone-medical-termination-pregnancy-through-ten-weeks-gestation\">FDA<\/a> in September 2000 \u201cfor medical termination of pregnancy.\u201d Generic mifepristone was approved in April 2019. But the drug&#8217;s approval process began six years earlier, in 1994, when the Bill Clinton Administration <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.hhs.gov\/news\/press\/1994pres\/940516.txt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pressured<\/a> French pharmaceutical company and patent owner Roussel-Uclaf to assign the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accessdata.fda.gov\/drugsatfda_docs\/appletter\/2000\/20687appltr.pdf\">U.S. rights<\/a>\u00a0of marketing and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fda.gov\/downloads\/Drugs\/DrugSafety\/PostmarketDrugSafetyInformationforPatientsandProviders\/ucm086149.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">distribution<\/a> of the abortion pill (under the name <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/connection-abortion-pill-zyklonb-gas-holocaust\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RU-486)<\/a> to the eugenics-founded\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/population-council-founded-eugenicists-promoting-abortion-turns-65\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Population Council<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The right to distribute the drugs was\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2000\/09\/30\/us\/abortion-pill-distributor-energized-by-new-mission.html\">later<\/a> granted to Danco Laboratories, a <a href=\"http:\/\/caselaw.findlaw.com\/ny-supreme-court-appellate-division\/1151610.html\">sub-licensee<\/a>\u00a0of the Population Council.\u00a0Then, by\u00a01996, the Population Council (funded in part with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CaroleNovielli\/status\/1628441678490005509\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">investments<\/a> from the Susan Thompson Buffett (Warren Buffett) and David and Lucile Packard Foundations) submitted its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accessdata.fda.gov\/drugsatfda_docs\/nda\/2000\/20687_Mifepristone_approvableltr.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">application<\/a> for the drug to the FDA \u2014 and a series of clinical trials began.<\/p>\n<p>The FDA initially <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accessdata.fda.gov\/drugsatfda_docs\/appletter\/2000\/20687appltr.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">approved<\/a> the drug for use in chemical abortions <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accessdata.fda.gov\/drugsatfda_docs\/label\/2011\/020687s014lbl.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">up to seven (7) weeks of pregnancy<\/a> in a regimen along with a second drug called misoprostol. As the years went on, use of the drug was <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/fda-abortion-pill-timeline-events\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">expanded multiple times<\/a> \u2014 enabling the drug to be prescribed up to 10 weeks\/70 days gestation, removing the in-person requirement for dispensing the pill, and more recently, allowing for <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/fda-permanently-loosens-abortion-pill-safety-measure\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mail-order<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/pharmacies-selling-abortion-pill\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pharmacy<\/a> dispensing of the drug.<\/p>\n<p>Today, <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/?s=Bad+Actors\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bad Actors<\/a> inside the abortion industry openly flout these FDA regulations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/lwfT5ChAPoo?si=a3urF2npPVtfLbzw\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Secrecy surrounds abortion pill&#8217;s politicized approval process<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Secrecy surrounding the abortion pill&#8217;s approval process began in the 1990s during clinical trials, and extended into the 2000s. The FDA essentially <a href=\"https:\/\/www.frc.org\/content\/politicized-science-the-manipulated-approval-of-ru-486-and-its-dangers-to-womens-health#gsc.tab=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">politicized<\/a> the process during the <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/abortion-pill-21-years-secrecy-death\/\">early days<\/a> of approval, in several ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The abortion pill\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/abortion-pill-secrecy-women-deserve-truth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">manufacturer<\/a> was <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/abortion-pill-secrecy-women-deserve-truth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kept secret<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The location of <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/danco-spokesperson-secret-manufactures-abortion-pills\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Danco\u2019s manufacturing plant<\/a> remains elusive even today.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Many of the abortion pill\u2019s financiers remain <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/abortion-pill-21-years-secrecy-death\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">secret<\/a>, albeit some are funding abortion pill studies, location sites, Journals and study authors.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The FDA\u2019s approval process was kept <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/abortion-pill-secrecy-women-deserve-truth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">secret<\/a>, with the agency choosing not to publish the names of experts who reviewed the drug.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Author Julie A. Hogan, who\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dash.harvard.edu\/bitstream\/handle\/1\/8852153\/Hogan%2C_Julie.pdf?sequence=1&amp;isAllowed=y\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wrote<\/a>\u00a0a historical review of the process, said,\u00a0\u201cIn return for working with the drug, companies wanted confidentiality. The FDA and the <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/population-council-founded-eugenicists-promoting-abortion-turns-65\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Population Council<\/a>, in an unusual move, agreed to provide the desired secrecy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When the Family Research Council (FRC) analyzed the abortion pill&#8217;s original approval process, it noted how <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/about-fda\/fda-leadership-1907-today\/david-kessler#person-bio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FDA Commissioner<\/a>\u00a0David Kessler, M.D., who chaired the 1996 Advisory Committee, was later given a lifetime achievement award by NARAL Pro-Choice America. Is the public to believe that there is nothing important to see here?<\/p>\n<p>FRC\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/downloads.frc.org\/EF\/EF07A29.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">report<\/a>, \u201cPoliticized Science: The Manipulated Approval of RU-486 and Its Dangers to Women\u2019s Health,\u201d additionally pointed out that Kessler was also among those within the Clinton administration who pressured Roussel Uclaf to grant marketing and distribution rights of RU-486 to the Population Council.<\/p>\n<p>The report found that eight of the 11 members who approved the drug &#8220;were either affiliated with an abortion organization or ha[d] made pro-choice statements in the past.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Media scrutinizes secrecy of the process<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>During initial trials, the media was <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/media-secrecy-abortion-pill-transparency-needed-today\/\">stunned<\/a> at the amount of <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/fda-hiding-names-experts-reviewed-abortion-pill\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">secrecy<\/a> surrounding the abortion pill; today, the media sticks to the talking points of abortion insiders, even hiding their <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/bad-actors-money-trail-abortion-pill-corruption\/\">ties to the abortion pill manufacturer and investors<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In 2000, the\u00a0New York Daily News\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nydailynews.com\/os-xpm-2000-11-26-0011250026-story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wrote<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<i>The pill\u2019s 11-year journey to the United States included a cloak-and-dagger scheme to hide the identities of participants\u2026allegations of fraud, a dozen lawsuits, and a price tag of at least $50 million\u2026.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>Citing fear\u2026 Danco refuses to release the names of its executives and investors. The company even\u00a0<\/i><b><i>persuaded\u00a0<\/i><\/b><i>the Food and Drug Administration to\u00a0<\/i><b><i>keep secret the location of the factory\u00a0<\/i><\/b><i>where the abortion drug will be produced\u2026.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>In a strange twist,\u00a0<\/i><b><i>the FDA acceded to Danco\u2019s request<\/i><\/b><i>\u00a0that the name of its manufacturer be kept secret \u2014 and\u00a0<\/i><b><i>even shielded the names of the FDA researchers<\/i><\/b><i>\u00a0who had overseen the pill\u2019s approval.<\/i>\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The allegations were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.orlandosentinel.com\/news\/os-xpm-2000-11-26-0011250026-story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">repeated<\/a> by the Orlando Sentinel in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.orlandosentinel.com\/news\/os-xpm-2000-11-26-0011250026-story.html\">article<\/a>, \u201cSecret Deals, Big Money and Abortion Politics,\u201d as well as in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/archives\/la-xpm-2000-nov-05-mn-47330-story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Los Angeles Times<\/a>, among others.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_325825\" style=\"width: 710px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-325825\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-325825\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Abortion-pill-secrecy-700x393.jpg\" alt=\"Abortion pill secrecy\" width=\"700\" height=\"393\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Abortion-pill-secrecy-700x393.jpg 700w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Abortion-pill-secrecy-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Abortion-pill-secrecy-768x431.jpg 768w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Abortion-pill-secrecy-1536x862.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Abortion-pill-secrecy-2048x1149.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Abortion-pill-secrecy-500x281.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-325825\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Abortion pill secrecy<\/p><\/div>\n<p><b>No Names: Secrecy surrounds identities of &#8216;experts&#8217; who approved abortion pill<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In 1996, the New York Times <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/1996\/07\/20\/us\/panel-advises-fda-to-allow-abortion-pill.html?searchResultPosition=84\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wrote<\/a> about the security and secrecy of the <em>eight-member committee of advisers<\/em> to the FDA who recommended &#8220;the agency approve for marketing the abortion-inducing drug RU-486, or mifepristone,&#8221; describing them as &#8220;physicians specializing in obstetrics and gynecology.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Its chairman was Dr. Ezra C. Davidson Jr., a professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science in Los Angeles,&#8221; the NYT wrote. Davidson <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acog.org\/news\/news-releases\/2018\/03\/acog-mourns-the-passing-of-ezra-c-davidson-jr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">had served<\/a> as president of the <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/top-myths-debunked-american-college-obstetricians-gynecologists\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">extremely pro-abortion<\/a> American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) from 1990-1991.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The panel nonetheless recommended approval, in a series of three votes: By 6 to 0, with 2 abstentions, it decided that the drug&#8217;s benefits outweighed its risks; by 7 to 0, with 1 abstention, it decided that the drug was safe, and by 6 to 2 it decided that data from a French study were sufficient to support American use of the drug.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In 2000, the Washington Post <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/archive\/politics\/2000\/10\/12\/drugs-us-marketer-remains-elusive\/8b7b732b-0f23-4c96-9051-714cd3d9f6f8\/\">wrote<\/a> that \u201cFDA Commissioner Jane E. Henney said the agency broke with precedent <strong>by not publishing the names of the experts who reviewed RU-486 for the agency <\/strong>(emphasis added). In another first, it did not publish the name or location of the company that will manufacture the drug.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That manufacturer was also kept secret \u2014 something that University of Florida drug law expert Lars Noah <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/1999\/07\/11\/magazine\/the-little-white-bombshell.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told<\/a> the New York Times in 1996 was unprecedented. \u201cI\u2019ve never heard of a situation where, with the blessing of the F.D.A., you could keep the manufacturer of a drug secret,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_325887\" style=\"width: 238px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-325887\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-325887\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/FDA-secrecy-on-abortion-pill-and-record-still-hidden-228x700.jpg\" alt=\"FDA secrecy on abortion pill and record still hidden\" width=\"228\" height=\"700\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/FDA-secrecy-on-abortion-pill-and-record-still-hidden-228x700.jpg 228w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/FDA-secrecy-on-abortion-pill-and-record-still-hidden-98x300.jpg 98w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/FDA-secrecy-on-abortion-pill-and-record-still-hidden.jpg 367w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 228px) 100vw, 228px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-325887\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">FDA secrecy on abortion pill and record still hidden<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Two decades later (May 2020) the &#8216;record&#8217; about the abortion pill had still not been released, when Columbia University journalists Lauren Mascarenhas and Abigail Brone <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20200708231728\/https:\/\/blogs.cul.columbia.edu\/podcasts\/podcast\/the-abortion-pill\/\">interviewed<\/a>\u00a0early abortion pill advocates. \u201cBecause of the controversy surrounding mifepristone, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/whos-making-millions-sale-abortion-pill\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Population Council<\/a> [which brought the pill into the United States and set up Danco], kept this distributor a secret throughout the process,\u201d they wrote.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20200708231728\/https:\/\/blogs.cul.columbia.edu\/podcasts\/podcast\/the-abortion-pill\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mascarenhas<\/a>, \u201cBy the summer of 1996, the time had come for an FDA advisory committee to meet and decide whether to recommend mifepristone for marketing in the U.S.\u201d She\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.cul.columbia.edu\/podcasts\/podcast\/the-abortion-pill\/\">noted<\/a> that \u201c[a]dvisory committees don\u2019t make the final decision,\u201d adding that the Population Council \u201cknew that securing a recommendation all but guaranteed eventual FDA approval.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, while most of the public has no access to the record<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20200708231728\/https:\/\/blogs.cul.columbia.edu\/podcasts\/podcast\/the-abortion-pill\/\">,<\/a> these two <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20200708231728\/https:\/\/blogs.cul.columbia.edu\/podcasts\/podcast\/the-abortion-pill\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Columbia University journalists<\/a> were able to locate one of the FDA\u2019s senior medical reviewers who reportedly \u201cchose to remain anonymous\u201d but <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.cul.columbia.edu\/podcasts\/podcast\/the-abortion-pill\/\">admitted<\/a>, \u201cIt\u2019s definitely not standard. It\u2019s not routine; you can look up almost every other drug that I was the primary medical officer for and my name would appear right there on the review.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The journalists <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.cul.columbia.edu\/podcasts\/podcast\/the-abortion-pill\/\">noted<\/a> that they <em>did<\/em> look up this anonymous reviewer&#8217;s name and found it &#8220;listed on at least eight other FDA drug reviews. Wade<\/em> case and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/1992\/09\/27\/books\/she-put-the-v-in-roe-v-wade.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ex-husband<\/a> of pro-<em>Roe<\/em> attorney Sarah Weddington, <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/roe-v-wade-abortion-pill-eliminate-poor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wrote<\/a> to the newly-elected Clinton administration. Ten years later, in 1996, Hern <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/1996\/09\/19\/us\/pill-for-abortion-clears-big-hurdle-to-its-sale-in-us.html?searchResultPosition=4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">suggested<\/a> to the New York Times that &#8220;some within the abortion rights movement had exaggerated the drug regimen&#8217;s ease of use while glossing over its side effects, and that it had become politically incorrect to even question their view.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">Hern reportedly claimed, &#8220;A lot of people in the pro-choice movement see this drug as a panacea. They have a tremendous amount of ideological fervor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Then, in 2000, the New York Times <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2000\/09\/29\/us\/us-approves-abortion-pill-drug-offers-more-privacy-and-could-reshape-debate.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cited<\/a> Hern as saying. &#8221;There is no question that mifepristone is highly effective and there are good results most of the time.&#8221; Citing side effects such as incomplete abortions, he added, &#8220;people have a way of denying these problems with the drug and saying it&#8217;s a magic bullet. Food and Drug Administration <\/i>(FDA) in 2023, a <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/judge-fda-delay-documents-abortion-pill\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tense exchange<\/a> took place between the FDA\u2019s legal representative and a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit regarding access to relevant documentation about the FDA\u2019s original approval of the abortion pill.<\/p>\n<p>The missing documents likely include correspondence, <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/fda-hiding-names-experts-reviewed-abortion-pill\/\">expert reviews<\/a>, studies, <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/doctor-tied-abortion-pill-trials-medicaid-fraud\/\">trials<\/a>, or data surrounding this <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/abortion-pill-secrecy-women-deserve-truth\/\">often<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/media-secrecy-abortion-pill-transparency-needed-today\/\">secretive<\/a> abortion pill <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/abortion-pill-dangerous-safety-requirement\/\">approval<\/a> process.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Jennifer Walker Elrod, one of the three judges <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=OBCOD6uph9o&amp;t=1843s\">hearing<\/a> the case, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.c-span.org\/video\/?527646-1\/circuit-court-hears-abortion-pill-case\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">confronted<\/a> FDA legal counsel Deputy Assistant Attorney General Sarah Harrington: \u201cI just wanted to ask quickly about the record. FDA<\/em><\/a>, is <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/judge-rules-states-intervene-abortion-pill-lawsuit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">making its way<\/a> through the courts with regard to the abortion pill.<\/p>\n<p>After nearly 25 years, we do not have the record nor do we know which &#8216;experts&#8217; approved the abortion pill.
