Cesare Santangelo is a well-known <\/span>late-term abortionist<\/span><\/a> whose facility, the Washington Surgi-Clinic, is located in Washington, D.C., where there are no gestational limits on abortion. <\/span>Santangelo\u2019s facility currently <\/span>advertises<\/span><\/a> the abortion pill and surgical abortions up to 27 weeks of pregnancy.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, in March of 2022, pro-lifers recovered the<\/span> bodies<\/span><\/a> of five children aborted by Santangelo <\/span>late in pregnancy<\/span><\/a>, four of whom medical experts believed to have been between 26 and 32 weeks gestational age at the time of their deaths. <\/span>Following the <\/span>recovery<\/span><\/a> of intact deceased baby remains from his facility, Santangelo<\/span> stands accused<\/span><\/a> of potential criminal actions, including illegal D&X (“partial-birth”) abortions and violations of the Born-Alive Infants Protection Act.<\/span><\/p>\n

Live Action filmed several undercover videos at Santangelo\u2019s facility, <\/span>including one<\/span><\/a> that shows Santangelo assuring a mother that her premature infant would not be allowed to live should it survive an abortion at his facility, and <\/span>another video<\/span><\/a> shows a nurse assuring a woman that the facility commits abortions on \u201ca lot\u201d on women 28 weeks pregnant or even further along in pregnancy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Live Action News has <\/span>previously reported<\/span><\/a> Google Reviews of Washington Surgi-Clinic, including one shocking review from an alleged former patient who says she regretted her abortion decision during the horrific process and asks if her baby survived his abortion at 27 weeks\u2019 gestation.\u00a0<\/span>This article will highlight four more Google Reviews of Washington Surgi-Clinic, published within the past year. These reviews describe a botched abortion, cruel treatment by staff, severe pain, and unsanitary facility conditions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cNow that I\u2019m finally done bleeding after THREE MONTHS I can write this review\u2026\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

This<\/span> review<\/span><\/a> claims that a patient suffered a botched abortion, had to visit the ER, and bled after the abortion of her 10-week preborn baby for three months. <\/span><\/p>\n

According to the review, when the patient returned to the facility after experiencing bleeding and spotting for a long period of time, facility staff allegedly told her: \u201cYou\u2019ll be fine; it\u2019s just old blood; you should be on your period by the end of this month.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n

The review also mentions that facility staff allegedly gave the patient an unsanitary wipe with someone else\u2019s blood on it, and that staff told the patient to go to McDonald\u2019s while waiting for her cervix to soften and for when the doctor would have time to see her. The review mentions that \u201cthe wait is super long,\u201d suggesting that Santangelo and his staff have plenty of gruesome business.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cVery ghetto\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Another <\/span>review<\/span><\/a> by an alleged former patient describes the facility as \u201cvery ghetto,\u201d and claims the nurse didn\u2019t wash her hands before taking the patient\u2019s blood. The patient describes the staff as \u201cnot welcoming at all\u201d and \u201cvery unprofessional.\u201d She adds that \u201cthe water is nasty\u201d and \u201cthe wait was really outrageous,\u201d implying \u2014 like the previous review \u2014 that Santangelo and his staff have their hands full with murderous work.<\/span><\/p>\n

Another alleged former patient begins this<\/span> review<\/span><\/a> with the statement, \u201cGoing to this place was very traumatic.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n

The author goes on to describe an incompetent staff member who struggled to take the patient\u2019s blood, and a dirty examination room with what she assumed was \u201ca tube that had blood in it on the floor.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n

The author relates that she was in a lot of pain during her abortion procedure, and the head nurse responded to her with inconsideration and rudeness. \u201cShe had said to me \u2018hey hey you need to <\/span>calm down and be quiet you are scaring the other girls in the waiting room. You wanted to be a big girl so its time to act like one. When you are alone you are loud.\u201d Just as the previous review, this review mentions that the wait time for the doctor is long at this facility.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThey treat you like an animal!\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

The following <\/span>review<\/span><\/a> by an alleged former patient at the facility warns other women not to get abortions from Santangelo because of her claimed horrific experience. \u201cI FELT PUSHED, RUSHED & TRICKED. The ‘operating room’ is a dirty place. They will tell you one thing and THEN ONCE YOU\u2019VE PAID AND START THE PROCESS THEY TREAT YOU LIKE [YOU’RE] AN ANIMAL!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The author of the post says she hopes she isn\u2019t injured permanently and pleads with the reader not to go through with an abortion at the facility.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI pray I heal from this and my womb isn\u2019t damaged,\u201d she states. The author begs the reader, \u201cPLEASE LISTEN\u2026DO NOT GO HERE!…Please don\u2019t do it to yourself!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

These Google Reviews, allegedly authored by women whose children were aborted by Santangelo, reiterate what pro-lifers have long known \u2013 Santangelo kills fully-formed, viable babies daily, and injures mothers in the process. <\/span>Pro-life activists<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>legislators<\/span><\/a> are working to <\/span>preserve<\/span><\/a> the evidence of Santangelo\u2019s potential crimes \u2014 the five babies\u2019 bodies rescued from his facility \u2014 so that justice can be upheld.<\/span><\/p>\n
