After eight years of confiscation by a judge, two videos were finally able to be released after a San Francisco court ruled that CMP cannot be prohibited from republishing any videos released by Congress. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/undercover-planned-parenthood-video-exposed-confiscated\/\">first of the two video releases<\/a> features footage of a New York Planned Parenthood abortionist stating that a &#8220;financial incentive&#8221; from those seeking to harvest aborted fetal body parts would make the &#8220;people we have to get this approved from&#8230; very happy.&#8221; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The second video release features Dr. Ann Schutt-Ain\u00e9, the Chief Medical Officer of Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, and Tram Nguyen, RN, the branch\u2019s Vice President of Abortion Access, discussing how to manipulate the bodies of aborted babies so they can not only narrowly avoid committing federally illegal &#8216;partial-birth&#8217; abortions, but also effectively harvest the body parts requested. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/oIzXl0r1N20?si=t6ZJZzQak4H9jhlv\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to get &#8220;bigger pieces&#8221; and avoid breaking the federal law against D&amp;X (&#8216;partial-birth&#8217;) abortion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The CMP undercover investigator speaks to them about wanting to get specific organs, based on what is \u201cmore profitable\u201d for suppliers. \u201c[Y]ou told me about the proposition, and so now every time a do a D&amp;E [dilation and evacuation abortion], I\u2019m like, \u2018Oh there\u2019s some lungs, there\u2019s some kidneys,\u2019\u201d Schutt-Ain\u00e9 tells Nguyen in the footage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Nguyen later discusses how people would respond if they heard how she spoke to other abortionists and fetal body part harvesters. \u201cI\u2019m like, \u2018Yeah, I have like a leg for you!\u2019\u201d she says. \u201cI\u2019m like, oh sh**, if other people were to hear me, they\u2019d be like, you are f***ing evil.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schutt-Ain\u00e9<\/span> describes how she can get better organ specimens if the woman&#8217;s cervix is &#8220;softer&#8221; or more dilated. &#8220;Because when you have good dilation, a cervix that&#8217;s either well-dilated and\/or just softer, and more pliable, then as you bring the fetus down, you can get more of it out before disarticulation [dismemberment] occurs and you can get bigger pieces out&#8230;&#8221; she says, adding, &#8220;Whereas, if you don&#8217;t have good dilation, then you&#8217;re literally almost like, you&#8217;re picking. Because, you know, you get whatever&#8217;s in your forceps, but if you have good dilation then more than that will come past&#8230;.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The horror of the description is amplified by the fact that, as <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schutt-Ain\u00e9<\/span> is speaking about tearing apart a preborn human being with forceps, she is placing handfuls of food into her mouth.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schutt-Ain\u00e9<\/span> and Nguyen also discuss how to get the most organs intact, without violating the law banning partial-birth abortions. \u201cIf I\u2019m doing a procedure, and I\u2019m seeing that I\u2019m in fear that it\u2019s about to come to the umbilicus [navel], I might ask for a second set of forceps to hold the body at the cervix and pull off a leg or two, so it\u2019s not PBA,\u201d <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schutt-Ain\u00e9<\/span> explains.<\/p>\n<p>She also says she has \u201czero experience\u201d with digoxin, which is often injected into a preborn baby\u2019s heart or head during late-term abortions to kill him or her. Nguyen agrees that it is preferable <em>not<\/em> to use digoxin, because it destroys any potential organs that could be sold.<\/p>\n<p>Nguyen later explains how she is able to get the entire body intact. \u201cWhen you have patients who cooperate, and there\u2019s good dilation, it\u2019s just like one pass,\u201d she says, motioning with her hands to represent the forceps. \u201cAnd you get the whole thing?\u201d the investigator asks, and Nguyen responds, \u201cYeah.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is &#8216;partial-birth&#8217; abortion?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A D&amp;X, or dilation and extraction, is an abortion procedure in which a preborn child is intentionally maneuvered to deliver in the breech position and is extracted from the uterus feet-first up to a point. A nurse <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/partial-birth-abortion-horror-revisited-nurse-tells-grisly-tale-of-the-procedure\/\">described<\/a> the trauma she experienced as she witnessed one:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>As Dr. Haskell watched the baby on the ultrasound screen[;] he went in with forceps and grabbed the baby\u2019s legs and brought them into the birth canal. Then he delivered the body and arms, all the way up to the neck.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>At this point, only the baby\u2019s head was still inside. The baby\u2019s body was moving. His little fingers were clasping together. He was kicking his feet. All the while his little head was still stuck inside. Then Dr. Haskell took a pair of scissors and inserted them into the back of the baby\u2019s head. Then he stuck a high-powered suction tube into the hole and sucked the baby\u2019s brains out. I almost threw up as I watched him do these things.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>Next, Dr. Haskell delivered the baby\u2019s head, cut the umbilical cord and delivered the placenta. He threw the baby in a pan, along with the placenta and the instruments he\u2019d used. I saw the baby move in the pan. I asked another nurse and she said it was just \u201creflexes.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>The woman wanted to see her baby, so they cleaned up the baby and put it in a blanket and handed it to her. She cried the whole time, and she kept saying, \u201cI\u2019m sorry, please forgive me.\u201d I was crying too. I couldn\u2019t take it. In all my professional years I\u2019d never experienced anything like this.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Biden administration HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra (who took over as CA AG after Kamala Harris became a senator), <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/becerra-partial-birth-abortion-protects-life\/\">claims<\/a> such a procedure is &#8220;life-saving&#8221; for women.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_67013\" style=\"width: 536px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-67013\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-67013\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/partialbirthabortion.jpg\" alt=\"partial-birth abortion\" width=\"526\" height=\"291\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/partialbirthabortion.jpg 672w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/partialbirthabortion-300x166.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 526px) 100vw, 526px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-67013\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Partial-birth abortion (D&amp;X) illustration<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Footage confirms Planned Parenthood lied<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CMP founder and lead investigator David Daleiden said in 2021 that then-AG Harris <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/attorneys-kamala-harris-illegally-colluded-abortion-investigation\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gave the seized, unreleased footage<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from CMP investigations (including this video footage) directly to abortion groups, including Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation (NAF). Daleiden and fellow CMP investigator Sandra Merritt were charged with violating California eavesdropping laws, after Planned Parenthood worked with the National Abortion Federation to file a lawsuit preventing the release of any new videos. Judge <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/center-medical-progress-files-motion-disqualify-judge\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">William Orrick<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, who helped to open and run a Planned Parenthood facility, approved the injunction.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After the injunction was granted, Harris <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/pro-life-investigator-sues-planned-parenthood-conspiracy\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">met with<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> executives from Planned Parenthood, where Planned Parenthood General Counsel Beth Parker allegedly said she wanted full, unedited access to CMP videos. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scribd.com\/document\/422835401\/Motion-To-Quash-and-Traverse-David-Daleiden\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E-mail exchanges<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> showed that Harris further colluded with Planned Parenthood to obtain a search warrant on Daleiden\u2019s home, and worked with Planned Parenthood to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/m.washingtontimes.com\/news\/2016\/sep\/27\/kamala-harris-planned-parenthood-teamed-up-on-legi\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">get a bill passed<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> making recording undercover conversations with \u201chealth care providers\u201d a crime. Copies of the bill were passed back and forth between Harris and Planned Parenthood before it was eventually submitted. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two weeks after this collusion, Harris executed a raid on Daleiden\u2019s home, seizing laptops and hard drives containing undercover footage. NAF lawyers were given access to the footage.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cPlanned Parenthood repeatedly told Congress, the courts, and the public that it had \u2018rebuffed\u2019 any opportunity to sell aborted baby body parts in Texas,\u201d Daleiden said in a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.centerformedicalprogress.org\/2024\/08\/texas-planned-parenthood-can-pull-off-a-leg-or-two-to-hide-partial-birth-abortions-to-sell-fetal-body-parts\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">statement<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u201cThis finally-released undercover footage shows that in reality, Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast was ghoulishly eager to rip healthy babies out of vulnerable patients whole and alive, and mutilate their bodies after to sell body parts for top dollar. Kamala Harris, as California Attorney General, raided my home and seized this footage to try to block it from release for eight years, on orders from Planned Parenthood and NAF.
