Wade<\/em>. Pro-life organizations, activists, and politicians have joined, and the coalition is opening the invitation for pro-life citizens from all communities to join.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The purpose of Blueprint for Life, according to its website, is as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two years after the overturning of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Roe v. Wade<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, America needs bold leadership to continue to advance the cause of life. That\u2019s why we\u2019re uniting as pro-life leaders across the country around a path forward that is laser-focused on care for young children and their parents. This is the next phase of the pro-life movement. This is our Blueprint for Life.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Blueprint for Life has <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/static1.squarespace.com\/static\/6671fe9f4b731c4b3bed9c63\/t\/6674b6a98ddf964141c104e7\/1718924969814\/BlueprintForLife_20240617_DownloadablePDF.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">seven policy pillars<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which make up the \u201cblueprint to build and strengthen a culture of life in our nation.\u201d A <a href=\"https:\/\/static1.squarespace.com\/static\/6671fe9f4b731c4b3bed9c63\/t\/6674b6a98ddf964141c104e7\/1718924969814\/BlueprintForLife_20240617_DownloadablePDF.pdf\">downloadable PDF<\/a> on the site goes into greater detail for each policy pillar:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Providing Parents with Flexible Resources to Support Birth and Early Childhood<\/strong> &#8211; &#8220;[T]he coalition promotes two core policies: extension and expansion of the child tax credit (including greater levels of refundability) and institution of a federal paid family leave policy&#8230;.&#8221;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Making Childcare Possible<\/strong> &#8211; &#8220;&#8230; The coalition supports increasing resources for childcare, ensuring that faith-based providers have access to such resources, and leveling the playing field for families that would prefer a stay-at-home parent or relative care.&#8221;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Meeting Healthcare Needs<\/strong> &#8211; &#8220;&#8230; The coalition supports strengthening healthcare resources and services&#8230; mainly by examining services available under SCHIP and the WIC program, expanding Medicaid to cover postpartum care, and greater support of community health and pregnancy resource centers.&#8221;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Supporting Adoptive Parents<\/strong> &#8211; &#8220;&#8230; The coalition supports&#8230; expanding the adoption tax credit and taking steps to simplify and streamline the adoption process, strengthen the foster care system through nonprofit partnerships, and harmonize resources available to biological and adoptive parents with young children.&#8221;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Increasing Information Availability to Pregnant and New Mothers<\/strong> &#8211; &#8220;&#8230; The coalition supports&#8230; creating a national &#8216;one-stop&#8217; online resource website and increasing information available on college campuses and workplaces.&#8221;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Ensuring Information Access and Greater Partnership Between Government, Faith-Based, and Nonprofit Partners<\/strong> &#8211; &#8220;&#8230; The coalition supports greater information-sharing between government and faith-based\/nonprofit organizations, resources to support nonprofit and faith-based social services initiatives, and more robust legal protections for faith-based organizations partnering with government actors.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Strengthening mentorship opportunities and relational networks <\/strong>&#8211; &#8220;&#8230; The coalition supports mentoring initiatives in partnership with local and faith-based organizations and a greater focus on mentoring partnerships in schools and social services programs.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Current members of the Blueprint for Life coalition include former Senator Rick Santorum, former Governor Mike Huckabee, the American Association of Pro-Life OBGYNs (AAPLOG), Students for Life Action, Americans United for Life, Democrats for Life, Family Policy Alliance, Care Net, Human Coalition Action, Pro-Life Partners Foundation, American Principles Project, Pro-Life Action League, the National Hispanic Pastors Alliance, Heartbeat International, ProLove Ministries, And Then There Were None, and Live Action.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anyone who loves life and would like to advance the cause of life with the blueprint\u2019s seven pillars is encouraged to join the Blueprint for Life.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/actnow.io\/ARQQhk1\"><b><i>The DOJ put a pro-life grandmother in jail for protesting the killing of preborn children.
