The “Days of Our Lives” official Instagram account announced<\/a> last week that an actress with Down syndrome will be making her debut on the show this week.<\/p>\n

Kennedy Garcia has been cast in the role of Felicity. Though this is her soap opera debut, she has done extensive modeling, previously working for American Girl, Justice Clothing, and Disney, along with many other companies. According to her IMDB page<\/a>, she has been recognized as one of the top 10 actors with Down syndrome.<\/p>\n
