On March 25, 2022, little Holly’s dismembered body was discovered in a box about to be loaded onto a truck in Washington, D.C. Her body had been torn in half and she had been decapitated. While everyone knows who killed her, no charges have been filed and no arrests have been made. Her killer hasn’t even faced questioning.<\/p>\n

Experts have determined that Holly was possibly killed by exsanguination before she was dismembered. Exsanguination is the action of draining a person of their blood. Though these two horrific acts were carried out on baby Holly, law enforcement did not investigate because Holly was in her mother’s womb at the time of her killing and her mother gave an abortionist permission<\/em> and money to kill her daughter. Holly, who was posthumously named after Stem Express whistleblower Holly O’Donnell<\/a>, is believed to have been between 26 and 28 weeks gestational age at the time of her death. Babies born as young as 21 weeks are capable of surviving outside the womb. But in Washington, D.C., the capital of the United States, there are no limitations on how or when a preborn child can be killed.<\/p>\n

To kill a preborn baby by exsanguination, the abortionist cuts the umbilical cord… and waits. Abortionist Dr. Forrest Smith has used this method and said<\/a> it takes “six-and-a-half to seven minutes” for the baby’s heart to stop. It is unclear if Holly’s heart had stopped before abortionist Cesare Santangelo at the Washington Surgi-Clinic abortion facility dismembered her.<\/p>\n

In a 2013 Live Action undercover investigation, Santangelo noted that his method of killing preborn babies does not involve the use of an injected feticide, but instead, he cuts the umbilical cord and waits for the child to die by cardiac arrest. He was also recorded on undercover video stating that if a child survived an abortion at his facility, he and his staff \u201cwould not help it<\/a>\u201d to live.<\/p>\n

Holly was in a medical waste box with the bodies of 109 other aborted children, including four others who were late in pregnancy when they were killed. They were about to be taken to Curtis Bay Medical Waste Services where they were to be burned for energy. Two pro-life activists, Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising (PAAU) founder Terrisa Bukovinac and PAAU director of activism Lauren Handy, intercepted the box, recovered the bodies, and gave a proper burial to 105 of the younger children in the box. Arrangements were made for the Metropolitan Police homicide unit to pick up the five older babies for forensic examination, but the D.C. police did not investigate.<\/p>\n

“Although difficult to say with exact precision, this baby may have been somewhere between 26-28 weeks gestational age at the time of a Dilation and Evacuation (or “D&E”) dismemberment abortion was done to end her life,” neonatologist Dr. Kendra Kolb explained<\/a>. She has evidence of both dismemberment of her upper extremity, decapitation, and organ evisceration as the result of this unimaginably brutal procedure.”<\/p>\n

More than a year and a half after the discovery of her body, Holly has still not received justice.<\/p>\n
