Sentencing is set for February 14, 2024. According to an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.mad.255163\/gov.uscourts.mad.255163.2.0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">affidavit<\/a>\u00a0filed after the arrest, the suspect was identified as one of three perpetrators based on DNA evidence found at the crime scene.<\/p>\n<p>In response to Judge Conley\u2019s approval of the plea deal, these are the questions Rev. Jim Harden, CEO of firebombed CompassCare, says need to be answered:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Given the litany of organized Antifa attacks on pro-lifers, why was Roychowdhury not tried for conspiracy and committing an act of domestic terror?<\/li>\n<li>According to court records, there was DNA evidence of terrorist conspirators. What is the status of investigations on those terrorists? Are they the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/06\/07\/arson-probed-over-fire-at-buffalo-pro-life-pregnancy-center\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">same firebombers<\/a>\u00a0that attacked CompassCare 30 days later as CompassCare\u2019s private investigators suspect?<\/li>\n<li>Why would the FBI insist the firebombing in Madison and the firebombing in Buffalo are unrelated when Antifa front Jane\u2019s Revenge insists in their communiques that the firebombings are indeed\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/janesrevenge.noblogs.org\/2022\/06\/15\/janes-revenge-another-communique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">linked<\/a>?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>According to ABC News, \u201c\u2026federal prosecutors agreed to recommend that Judge Conley reduce the sentence because [Roychowdhury] has accepted responsibility for the crime.\u201d In a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/opa\/pr\/man-pleads-guilty-firebombing-building\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">press release<\/a>\u00a0on the same day, the DOJ noted, \u201cRoychowdhury faces a mandatory minimum penalty of five years in prison,\u201d going on to point out that the Obama-appointed federal district judge, \u201cwill determine any sentence after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.\u201d Rev. Harden responded, \u201cAdmitting to a crime is not grounds for a lighter sentence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>READ: <em><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/florida-couple-adopts-baby-abandoned-woods\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Florida couple adopts baby who was abandoned in the woods<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Further, according to his LinkedIn\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/hridindu-roychowdhury-68b603215\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">profile<\/a>, Roychowdhury was a Ph.D. biochemist, pursuing a lucrative bioengineering career. Yet, his private defense attorney,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jsonline.com\/story\/news\/crime\/2023\/06\/13\/man-seeks-dismissal-of-charges-in-arson-at-anti-abortion-group-office\/70317837007\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Joseph Bugni<\/a>\u00a0at the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fdswi.fd.org\/fdswi-western-wi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Federal Defender Services of Wisconsin<\/a>, is subsidized by a grant from the federal judiciary designed to cover legal expenses for poor people.<\/p>\n<p>Rev. Harden, notes the following questions remain strangely unanswered:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Why would a violent pro-abortion domestic terrorist be eligible for just five years when\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.msn.com\/en-us\/news\/us\/biden-doj-under-fire-for-prosecuting-75-year-old-pro-life-activist-but-taking-no-action-on-violent-dnc-rioters\/ar-AA1kh9io\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">a peaceful 75-year-old pro-life woman is facing 11 years<\/a>\u00a0in federal prison and a $250,000 fine for peacefully exercising her 1st Amendment rights?<\/li>\n<li>How is a man with an expensive bioengineering Ph.D. and a lucrative career in bio-engineering\u2014who can afford to avoid capture by purchasing a one-way ticket to Guatemala and pleads guilty to crimes that would otherwise be referred to as domestic terror\u2014able to get his private attorney\u2019s fees underwritten by a federal program for the indigent? Is the law firm intentionally misusing federal grant money?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After 19 months, this is the first federal conviction of any of the over 310 pro-abortion Antifa attacks on peaceful pro-life groups. Only recently has the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.compasscarecommunity.com\/2023\/11\/after-18-months-fbi-finally-calls-pro-abortion-antifa-attacks-domestic-terrorism\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FBI referred to these attacks as domestic terror<\/a>. And yet, Roychowdhury is not facing a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/uscode\/text\/18\/2331\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">federal domestic terror<\/a>\u00a0charge despite U.S. Attorney O\u2019Shea for the Western District of Wisconsin opining in a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/usao-wdwi\/pr\/man-pleads-guilty-firebombing-madison-building\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">DOJ press release<\/a>, \u201cArson and other acts of domestic terrorism are crimes that will be punished and have no place in a healthy democracy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rev. Harden says, \u201cThe only way it makes sense that violent, pro-abortion Antifa criminals are treated with kid gloves while the DOJ throws the book at peaceful pro-lifers is if there are Antifa sympathies in Biden\u2019s DOJ and the judiciary.
