One Montana couple welcomed<\/a> home a rare set of identical triplets from the hospital, just in time for Thanksgiving.<\/p>\n

Sami and Theo Hampton told Good Morning America<\/a> they were shocked to learn that they were expecting triplets, especially because they had nothing in their family history that suggested they were likely to give birth to multiples.<\/p>\n

“I think every indicator of having multiples… we did not check any of the boxes, which is having family members that have had that, having kids already, having kids a little later in life. All the things that are indicators of having multiples, we didn’t check off any of those boxes,” Theo explained.<\/p>\n

“My one egg split three ways, so it was just insane,” Sami added.<\/p>\n
