The World Health Organization (WHO) recently released the <\/span>budget<\/span><\/a> for its <\/span>Human Reproduction Programme<\/span><\/a> (HRP), which has allocated 11% of its budget to promotion of what it terms \u201csafe abortion.”<\/span><\/p>\n

The third-largest budgeted category, \u201csafe abortion\u2019s\u201d budget is more than twice the amount allocated to combat violence against women and girls, even though \u201celiminat[ing] all forms of violence against all women and girls in the public and private spheres\u201d is stated as a goal in the same document.<\/span><\/p>\n

The WHO has a history of <\/span>promoting<\/span><\/a> a radically pro-abortion agenda. It recently released abortion <\/span>guidelines<\/span><\/a> which called for a global removal of all restrictions on abortion. Earlier this year, WHO director-general Dr. Tedros Ghebreyesus <\/span>called<\/span><\/a> abortion \u201chealthcare that saves lives.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n

The HRP budget document similarly makes no secret of its pro-abortion agenda, proclaiming that \u201cAbortion is health care\u201d in a graphic which promotes the killing of preborn human beings as a “human right”:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The document praises the move toward so-called \u201cself-managed\u201d or <\/span>DIY<\/span><\/a> abortion: \u201cA powerful development in recent years has been the increasing evidence base for moving medical abortion care to the community level and for women to self-manage all or parts of the process.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It also overtly pledges to promote abortion: \u201cHRP will also continue to guide progressive policy development and reform to increase access to safe abortion.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the <\/span>Kaiser Family Foundation<\/span><\/a>, the WHO has two primary sources of revenue:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
