All four members of this family share the same birthday: August 18.<\/p>\n<p>Mom Scierra Blair and dad Jose Ervin, Jr. were thrilled to be expecting their twins at the end of August, only for things to take an unexpected turn: Scierra went into labor early.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We all got the same birthday,&#8221; Ervin told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wabi.tv\/2023\/08\/21\/newborn-twins-share-birthday-with-parents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WOIO<\/a>. \u201cThey were going to bring them in on Aug. 17, so we said, \u2018Let\u2019s just wait until midnight.'&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ervin received a phone call on August 17th that Blair was in labor, and the twins made their grand entrance just after midnight on August 18th&#8230; the same as both mom and dad. Baby A-ria was born at 12:35am, with her brother Jos\u00e9 following just one minute later.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none; overflow: hidden;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FClevelandClinic%2Fposts%2Fpfbid0gG8PNHfETcCNWrSdLT9b4id7Hv6EeK85qWhDcP7A1pNtaLQAYFSNngA4GWuyBJZel&amp;show_text=true&amp;width=500\" width=\"500\" height=\"702\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Sharing birthdays was something that brought the couple together right from the beginning. \u201cShe showed me her ID and I was like, what\u2019s, that\u2019s crazy and I never met somebody with the same birthday as me,\u201d Ervin told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.news5cleveland.com\/news\/local-news\/what-are-the-odds-twins-born-on-same-birthday-as-parents\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">News5Cleveland<\/a>. Still, they didn&#8217;t expect that this would ever happen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I was making plans like I was going to go to the hospital and then planning out my week; that didn\u2019t happen,\u201d Blair joked.<\/p>\n<p>Yet Ervin was still thrilled, and said he had secretly been hoping for this to happen. \u201cI have Jos\u00e9 the third and that\u2019s A-ria in the bassinet and I\u2019m their father, and that\u2019s Scierra, and it&#8217;s all of our birthdays today,&#8221; he said. \u201cIt was special, I really wanted them to be born on our birthday.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Both babies weighed in at just over five pounds, and are healthy and doing well.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA-ria was five pounds and I believe two ounces, he was I believe five pounds and five ounces,\u201d Ervin said. \u201cI never met a family with kids that all have the same birthday, that\u2019s just crazy to me.
